These aren’t the ones I voted for and they are not my favourite scents, I must have unusual tastes!! Probably my most favourite out of the above if I had to pick, would be Baby Powder, which smells distinctively of “Johnson’s Baby Powder”. My favourite scents are Sandalwood, Cinnamon Stick, Egg Nog, Juicy Watermelon, Island Guava, the new fruity scents, Strawvberry Buttercream, Fruit Salad, & Tutti Frutti, an american only scent called “Christmas On The Beach” which smells of pineapple & coconut, (bring something similar over here)!! So I guess you could say I prefer the spicy & the fruity ones, more please!! I would also like an authentic Christmas tree scent, which I still have not found, there was another scent sold in America only last Christmas, which I would have liked to smell called “Christmas Tree”, please bring it over here!!

I must agree with the previous comment – only lemon lavendar and midnight jasmine of my choosing, was looking forward to the selection but not so now! Again a preferer of the citrus and spicey ones. At least I can stil lexperiment with samplers and try to develop more mainstream tastes.

Not my top choice ,oh well shant go for this one,Love the beach walk and sun and sand thought they would be top of the list at this time of year.Always find clean cotton hits myself and hubby in the throat and its too much like washing day when Mum had the boiler on, just us I guess.

hmmm not the ones i voted for either, these fragrences are stock items on qvc,but they are some of the top selling scents in the yankee candle range to be fair. Like the above reviewer, i adore fruit and spice scents.I agree with most of her scents, so i too have unusual tastes!. Reading the comments when voting, the above list comes as a suprise, but i personally think small jars are not value for money anyway.Perhaps we can have viewers favourite scents in a tartlet selection please?

Love most of them except clean cotton and lemon lavender. I’m suprised so few people voted. Maybe if more people had taken the time to vote, the selection would have been more representative of my favourites. Can’t believe sun, sea and sand isn’t there! I agree with another viewer who would like the selection in tarts please!!!

Not what I voted for.I personally like the spicy scents out for Halloween, that they never get on QVC.The choice was what they like on QVC.I detest Clean Cotton, and would never buy it.Non of my friends have it either. So I for one will not want the selection when it appears.
Please can we have some of the new scents that appear all the time.Qvc seems to stick with the same old scents all the time.
Lets have a complete overhaul and get some fresh aromas.

What a disappointment! I was really looking forward to a great collection (even though the selection list was somewhat limited)
Don’t think I’ll be making this a priority buy as there is only two out of the six that I like.
I prefer the natural scents like Greenhouse (lovely fresh mown lawns), Clean Cotton, Sun & Sand etc.
Not the Cinnamon Coffee or Cafeau lait but a real Expresso type aroma that smells like you’ve just brewed a fresh pot of Columbian Gold!
    Fingers crossed. ;O)

I didnt vote for any of these either except for clean cotton, I hate the really floral sickly scents and I love spicy and fruity smells. It is good more of my local shops sell yankee candles so I can buy as I want individually. I wont be buying this collection either!

I actually love these fragrances but I don’t remeber seeing a specific set with just them in on Sunday – what was the item number?

  11. deb June 12, 2010 at 12:41 am -  Reply

Most comments seem to be that it is getting a tad predictable, we like tartlets and want more selection, we prefer two wick tumblers. Why not sell a tumbler duo with a well known favourite and also a similar less known option? clean cotton and egyptian cotton,f c roses and moroccon rose or cherry blossom, sicilian orange and sparkling lemon. island guava and island spa, creme brule and xmas cookie, etc…its endless

I dont think the jars are value for money either. I have only just got into yankee candles my favourite so far is baby powder but ive ony burnt a couple of scents so far because theyve just opened a shop near me so ive had some samplers. Ive just ordered the dancing birds tart warmers so ill probably buy the tarts from now on as i can have a different scent every day x

Yankee Candles please help I purchased through QVC a few years ago a white electric tart warmer which came with a collection of tarts and I would soooooooo love to buy some more but have never seen this item again. Please please please please can you bring this item back as it is so much safer to use than candles with flames. Also Yankee Candle did a christmas pine tree scent which smelled like you were walking through a forest with pine trees has this been discontinued?

I too, agree with the other comments. We need more tarts, they give the most fragrance and you can change daily, if you wish. Also the comments about small jars being not worth it is valid, they don’t give off as much fragrance as the bigger ones or the tarts, the votives too, are not very noticable. The jars always burn into a tunnel and have to keep coaxing the wax in. The twin wick ones don’t do this so more of those please. Will not be buying this TSV because of these points.

Can anyone remember Yankee candles making a beautiful scent called champagne and roses, or was this another company?

  20. Cherry June 22, 2011 at 5:49 pm -  Reply

I feel the same about the scents selected. I prefer the spicey
scents, especially the spicy christmas aromas, I would love more
of these, I love the yankee candles tarts as they fill the room
with their scent even in their wrappings. I will not be purchasing the list above, but I am sure there will be something
    to tempt me

I like all of the above fragrances, except perhaps the Baby Powder – I just don’t get this fragrance and can hardly smell anything at all. I love Clean Cotton as it makes the house smell so fresh and Fresh Cut Roses is beautiful, just like a bunch of roses. Lemon & Lavender is another of my favourites and a very uplifting fragrance. I’ve just ordered to 3-wick 3 candle set which I’m looking forward to burning. I must also agree with a lot of the comments in that I love the Spicy and Fruity fragrances and would love more of these, especially as we are now going into Autumn and Winter. I’ve also had some problems with tunnelling, especially with the Large Jars. The wax tarts are fabulouse though and instantly fragrance the room.

Disappointed in the outcome as I only really like one of the six (lemon lavender). I detest the cloying smell of sweet pea and baby powder/clean cotton are nice enough but there’s only so much you can take – so I won’t be buying this set. What about putting the vanillas together as there are several perhaps with soft blanket and fluffy towels as they are all gentle fragrances. I also love the lemon and orange varieties – we don’t see enough of them. I’d also like to see a really nice coffee fragrance – one of the soya bean companies does a lovely one that Im sure Yankee could replicate – coffee, chocolate and vanilla that would make a nice set. Let’s see more tarts, tealights and twin wicked candles please.
