I’ve owned this tablet for over a year with no problems. I love it. Just interested to know how much this version will be. I think it compares well to the leading brand at half the price.

Is this the 2013 tablet or the older version? I have the older version and love it. Have no problems with it what so ever, loads quickly, no app problems good battery life, quality back lit screen. Carry it everywhere, has a magnetic case which switches it off and on as I open or close the case. Brilliant piece of kit.

It would have been nice to have the latest version of the Nexus 7. That has more power, better screen resolution (sharper, brighter and clearer) It has more ram so is smoother running tasks and better at multi-tasking. The newest one also has NFC. Basically the new one is more future proofed.

I have the 2012 Google nexus and love it.
I don’t ever switch it off, just keep it on lock.
Works fast and no problems for over a year.
    Well worth the money.
    Best tablet out there.

I am genuinely disappointed with the TSV. I was hoping that they were going to bring the latest 2013 version to air as a TSV, and with the ‘special deal’ that they always bring us, thought it would be a good idea to ‘test the water’ as it were into the Android ecosystem having always enjoyed the ios. I Would have not of course not got rid of my ios related ‘fruit’, but me being me wanted foot in both waters. I guess I am going to have to wait until 2015, before they bring the 2013 version, by which time I will have probably got something elsewhere. I have been looking recently and when I saw Google Nexus as a TSV ‘held out’ before making a purchase elsewhere until I saw the ‘delights’ of the TSV, my delight has turned to slight annoyance.
Also I have heard, from a variety of online tech sites that once KitKat is installed on a 2012 nexus it slows it down to an almost standstill. No sorry QVC this is one TSV that I will not be purchasing.
