I couldn't resist showing you this photo I recently took. Aren't they adorable? This beautiful young swan is taking a rest from the water, and snuggling up on Mum's back – in fact, there were two swans nestling, but the other, is really tucked away!
This really put a smile on my face, which I needed, as somebody recently drove into our car while it was parked up.
Ouch! They didn't leave any details, just a few flakes of blue paint from their own vehicle. I was really annoyed. However, it was all very quickly put into perspective when I got home and my children rushed up to see me with a big welcome home hug!
It's been a hectic couple of weeks. We're well and truly settled in now at our new premises. Dale and I are still managing to keep our dressing room tidy; I'm not entirely sure how we're able to be so disciplined! Long may it last.
I'm really looking forward to being on air this Monday 2nd July. I have a special anniversary show with Uri Gellar at 9pm and if you love crafting do be sure to join me at midnight!
This weeks fact: Light travels at approximately 186,000 miles a second which is 669,600,000 miles an hour!
