Our Steam Press Today’s Special Value!

Hi everyone!

Now we've finally begun to enjoy some nice spring weather it's a shame to spend any more time than absolutely necessary doing the household chores…especially ironing!! A personal pet hate of mine!

You may have heard me mention in the past that when I invested in a steam press from QVC I actually took my iron and ironing board down to the local dump! Once you have a good steam press you simply have no need for them.

The only thing with some steam presses is that they can be very costly. With our Today's Special Value coming in at under a hundred pounds this is a great opportunity for you to put it to the test for yourself and see if you can dramatically cut down your ironing time!

Of course, with QVC, you have our 30 day money back guarantee to try it out. If you ever need to return an item to us which is over 4kg we come and collect it from you, too, so you really haven't got anything to lose by putting this steam press through its paces for a month. It is over 4kg so we will even come get it if you wish to return it to us for a refund!!

I think it looks great as a big gift for a newly engaged or married couple or a moving in present as it comes in a nice big box. You can see from the middle picture that it's lovely and compact so very easy to store and highly portable. The final picture shows one of the mains reasons I love steam presses..you can sit down on the job!! No back strain and you're not confined to the washroom due to heavy and difficult to move ironing boards.

We sent some of our customers a Today's Special Value to road test for us and had a great response..

"It was extremely easy to use. It was fantastic for putting creases in trousers. That impressed me the most. It cut the ironing time in half at least, probably more.

I would definately recommend anyone to own one of these" – Frances from Surrey

That's just one of many glowing reports. I'd love to know what you think. How about the value? Compactness? Do you own a steam press? How does it compare to your old iron?

Happy steaming!

Love Catherine xx

hi catherine – I’ve always wanted one of these and today seemed a good day to go for one – particularly at a TSV price with easy pay! (and being pink too, help swayed me!!!)
Can we just have a little more info at the demo’s please? what all the dials do? how to get started as a newbie?

    Hi Rosie,
Great to hear from you and thanks for the feedback on the dial info. A very good point.
I’m not at work today but will email your comment in to the team so they can ensure we address it as this is important. I can tell you that the dial on top is to lock and unlock the top ‘plate’ and the other dial is for temperature control from delicates to linens and all in between. On the handle there is a red button on each end..these release the steam and you can press either side as you require (so left or right handed operation). There is a further ‘dial’ on the top of the machine but it’s actually just the cap to close the water tank.
For beginners I’d say just be careful when feeding things like sheets through to the back of the press. Obviously the gap for your hand becomes smaller the further back you put your hand so just be a bit cautious.
Really easy to set up..just undo the water tank cap, fill with water using the provided jug, redo cap and plug in the machine. There are thorough instructions provided but my tip when releasing the steam is to partially bring the top plate down so the steam is better directed toward the garments rather than fully opened, just don’t press the steam button when the plate is completely down.
I hope this is helpful, Rosie. I like the pink, too. It’s so pretty! I’d love to know how you get on with yours when you get it so please feel free to write in anytime.
    Happy steaming!
    Love Catherine x
