A teaser for this Garden Day…

We’ve had some cracking gardening shows recently, but I’m especially looking forward to this Sunday 17th when we’ve got nine hours of gardening It’s all kicking off at midnight with a very special Today’s Special Value: the brand new Bernini Riviera Fountain!

It’s amazing. A fabulous water feature that looks and sounds stunning day and night, with the most fabulous light and dancing water displays that have to be seen to be believed!

Now everyone can enjoy the sound, movement and magic of water on their patio, as well as the most wonderful light display at night. Incredibly, there are ten different programmes to choose from at just a touch a button.

As you’d expect from Bernini, it’s completely cordless; so there’s no plumbing required, no wiring to worry about, and it’s battery operated so you don’t have to wait for the sun to come out to power a solar panel. This very special water feature truly is the easiest way to transform your patio, balcony or garden. I’m really looking forward to showing everyone just how well it works – and it’s at an amazing price too!

So make sure you join us at midnight and also stick around for a three-hour show from 9am, another from 3pm, and a double-bill from 10pm.

We’ve got many more special products and plants planned to fill all of these hours, including the superb Webb’s 18in lawn mower which is packed with features you’d normally expect in a much more expensive model. Plus, just in time for the warmer weather, we’ve got my favourite loungers too which will be available in four Easy Payments for the first time.

Amongst a great range of plants, Thompson & Morgan are featuring their fabulous fuchsia berry. This plant is the world’s first fuchsia grown for both its beautiful flowers and yummy fruits; which taste like a cross between a fig and a kiwi fruit.

George Clowes from de Jager has chosen to show us two of his favourite plant collections, both of which include plants that have been awarded the much coveted Award of Garden Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society. First up, the colourful and tough evergreen Periwinkle, providing wonderful groundcover flowering for up to ten months each year. They will thrive in the most difficult positions; even under leylandii hedges.

He’s also bringing us a lovely collection of Hardy fuchsias which can brighten your garden year on year. The collection includes three each of three popular and much loved varieties.

Hardy Bush Fuschias - 507706

Finally, if you’re planning to plant up a few summer pots and baskets in the coming weeks, don’t miss out on the special limited edition promotional pack of Flower Power and Container Magic. It combines two of my top rated products and will help any gardener grow bigger and better summer containers.

So there’s lots to look forward to this Sunday,

I do hope you can join us for three hours from 9am, again at 3pm and then finally a two-hour show from 10pm.

Happy gardening,

Hello Richard, Looking forward to seeing this New Bernini Fountain. Different from all others on the market, I have been looking for a water feature for the past 8 weeks in garden centres and on web, I even contacted QVC and they told me to look out for your show on the 17th, as a guess in price I would say this one will be about £250 – £300 it does look Spectacular.

Hello Richard I have ordered my plants from QVC for years and always get praises and comments on my hanging baskets and containers. I also use all your gardening products and compost. I would be lost without your gardening programme and advice n growing plants. I even do some hanging baskets for our neighbour who always admires ours. I have spent about £270 so far this April and there is still more plants to get.
