Hope you are well and that so far you are having a good March?
I started the month with a 3-hour yoga workshop, so that got me in the right frame of mind and in the picture you can see the floral centrepiece the teacher prepared that we all did yoga round, very zen!!
I have been doing yoga, Pilates and meditation, so this is really helping me be mindful of my body and I have also been walking much more which is really helped by the info I get on my Fitbit Flex. Only once this month have I not reached the 10,000 steps goal and often I exceed it, hurrah!
I've also made a conscious effort to be more mindful when listening to people and to notice the everyday wonders in life. Yesterday, for example, I noticed how part of the North Circular Road in London has a mile-long stretch of bright yellow daffodils in the central reservation. I made sure to drink it all in and appreciated it.
How have you been getting on with 'Mindful March'? Do share your stories; I would love to know what you have noticed so far?
Also, the other great thing about March has been the weather, especially here in the South. My friend Emma and I enjoying a drink al fresco in London last the weekend, as you can see from the photo up at the top – wonderful!
I am so excited about this show as it's the most incredible Briish fragrance brand, with everything created by 'SuperNose' Lyn Harris, and all made right here in London!
If you are looking for something really special for your mum or as a treat for yourself, I know you will love the show.
My favourites are L'Air de Rien, Le Petitgrain and Tangerine Vert, which can be worn by men or women – it's more about the person and what they will like. I cannot WAIT to take you on a fragance journey, honestly you will be absoluley enthralled, I promise!
So, that's it for this week – do keep posting your Mother's Day messages too, I will be adding them to a special Mother's Day blog next week.
Much love, stay mindful and see you for Miller Harris on Monday at 4pm!
