Christmas stamping ideas with Stephanie Weightman

Good luck and Reach for the stars greetings cardsHi everyone,

Well, I've had a fabulous weekend crafting at home with five wonderful ladies. We started Saturday morning and crafted almost non-stop until Sunday at about 4pm.

The only breaks were for scrumptious food prepared by my lovely husband Karl and on Saturday night the odd glass of wine.

Good luck greetings cardBefore we started Sunday morning I naughtily gave the ladies a peek at the cards I have made using the new Lily Rose dies. Well everyone of them gasped! I'm not joking when I say gasped, and it wasn't at my card making skills but the detail on these new dies.

They are simply gorgeous, detailed and delicate. In fact, quite different to anything else available in the craft industry. The large frame dies are 3 in 1, such as the Antique Frame die but I managed to make eight different combinations of die cut shapes from just one of the dies.

Reach for the stars greetings cardLily Rose Dies were designed to give the QVC crafters something different and I am delighted to say they definitely fulfil that requirement. My celebrity crafting friends, the lovely Nancy Watt and Diane Peternel, have already claimed my sample dies for their own but I have written my name on the packaging which I have stored in a ring binder.

Nancy has made some wonderful cards and is hoping I won’t ask for the die back when she tries to borrow her favourite which is the Lace Fretwork - using her words, ‘Ooooohhhh there is such a lot you can do with this!’

Well that's their Christmas presents sorted!

Happy crafting!

Love Stephanie x

They might be lovely, but oh so pricey I am afraid, any chance of some special offers, about the only time I buy all these expensive dies these days…..thanks Ursula
