It’s been a very busy time as we head into spring at QVC and we launched our brand new garden set last weekend, it looks really good. It has also been great to see all the gardening shows with Richard Jackson which inspired me to give my lawn its first cut of 2016! It hadn’t been cut for nearly six months. One of the reasons being I had surgery on my neck in October so I was forced to rest up for a while and then… I just got lazy and winter got in the way!
Well the mower eventually made its way into the spring sunshine and an hour later the grass had been well and truly cut and the garden waste bin was brimming!
Obviously, my cairns stay indoors while I’m cutting the grass but their little heads track me, up and down the garden from the comfort of their favourite chair near the patio doors. I have to give the garden a thorough check-over before cutting commences to remove all their toys and other items which have found their way into the garden… namely socks!
I mentioned recently how Dale and I finally managed to meet with our canine friends and every now and then our paths do cross at the Q. You can probably tell I’m still wearing make-up having just come off air… Dale is about to apply his!
The range débuted with us in September last year, and is proving a real success. If you missed the show you can always take a look at his collection online; you’ll even find video presentations too.
Looking ahead I’m pleased to say I’ll be bringing another competition, very soon to my blog. A beautiful piece of jewellery!
Take care and see you soon.
