I hope you had a wonderful Christmas wherever you were and whoever you were with.
If I am honest I don’t believe in making new year resolutions as I think we feel too much pressure to stick to them. Sometimes they seem a good idea at the time but when the new year kicks in we don’t keep them as they aren’t as realistic as we thought.
So here’s a little idea if you want to make a few new year’s resolutions that you keep to yourself, which is the part I love. Plus you can either do it on your own or with a friend or family member.
There’s no pressure and it works a treat. Here’s how:
Take a piece of paper with an envelope and write down a few things you would like to achieve over the year. Seal the Envelope, sign and date it over the seal and put it in a safe place until new year 2017 where you and your partner in crime open each other’s to see what you have achieved. Only you know what you have written inside.
Try and achieve a few out of your list or even better all them.
Here’s to a healthy and happy 2016
