See what’s in store for my brand new Beauty Fix show…

Hi everyone,

I’ve got some very exciting news to share as this week sees the launch of my brand new show Alison’s Beauty Fix. Every Thursday at 4pm I’ll be joined by Will Gowing and a host of guests from your favourite brands, sharing my vast knowledge and my very own Beauty Fix product of the week.

It’s the perfect time to send in your questions via my blog, Facebook and Twitter. You all know I’m not quite up to speed when it comes to technology so Will.I.T will be on hand to help out.

Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect…

Loving the sound of both the new show and the Elemis try me Alison. Only down side for me is the time – I don’t normally get home from work until around 5.30. I will definitely be tuned in this Thursday though as I’m on holiday this week. Looking forward to it.

Ali, I’m a 77year old who is on chemo for lYMPHONA… I use most of Gatineaus products and some of Emma Hardies (going to bed with her balm on my face as a night cream. As I’m loosing my hair I slather Liz Earles conditioner on before having a shower, washing my hair with whatever is in the shower and finishing off with Mop conditioner. I try to lift what little hair I have with mousse and finish with Ojon spray. Oh I am so far lucky in that I haven’t lost my eye lashes but I’m using Ojon mascara. Can you think of anything else I should try????

Sun Products – Sequence of Use
    Hi Alison & Will
I have fair, sensitive skin and am not a sunbather, although I do enjoy fake tan during the summer.
Both my husband and I love Ultrasun – both face and body products, used first thing in the morning on clean skin, then followed after 20 minutes by normal facial routine.
Question – we would like to try the Tan Accelerator, but when would be best to use this? AM or PM?
Also, when would I use my faux tan?
I have been using the faux tan in the evening before bed (gradual tan) then Ultrasun in the morning but am not clear where the tan accelerator would fit in.
    Please advise?

    Hi Alison
I would really love some advice about my hair. I have long, quite fine in some respects, but lots of it, hair. It is very greasy on top which means i have to wash it every day else the roots look dark and it looks limp, but the middle to ends are extremely dry. I wash and blow dry my hair every single day because I cant bear it looking greasy, but I know this is drying it out further. I dont use styling products as they make my hair worse. I am in ore or people who wash their hair once a week, please help :(
