Any chance of Bare Escentuals putting together an eye colours kit containing only base shades? I have loads of liner shadows, but seem to get through the base shades much more quickly, colours like Demure, Vanilla Sugar, Hero, Delight, Purist, Pure Joy would be great.

    dear Alison
Could you advise a makeup brand that would be suitable for my 16 year old daughter, she likes her black eyeliner and mascara, she has recently been getting watery and itchy eyes i think it is down to the makeup she uses. she has reasonable skin, but has the usual spots on forehead and chin especially at that certain time of the month.
    thank anne jones

    Hi Alison,
Could you please tell me the Make and Colour Nail Polish that Pipa and you and others wear; it is a taupe shade and I absolutely love it.
    Blessing and Thanks

    Hi Alison,
delighted you will be having Decleor on beauty day, would love QVC to get them to bring back aroma purette fluid, its amazing always use it. Even though QVC don’t stock it any more. Looking forward to you helping to simplify beauty routines. I cannot get on with Bare essentials too messy for me, can you tell me are there any Smashbox shows/kits being included in any of your beauty specials hours. Already checked and you have no designated hours for Smashbox. Looking forward to learning lots and the day its self.

Please Alison, can you tell me why the large bottle of OPI nail lacquer remover is no longer available. It seems that the only way to purchase remover is now in a collection of other items of OPI. I have used other brands of shop bought remover much to my dismay. HELP !!!!

I too have a few BE related wishes & will tune in when I can and hopefully see some kits I like. My current BE wish which is to get hold of the Bare Escentuals kit I saw a while ago in the USA – a set of silver and gold shades in both a matte and a shimmer version of each – it came in a little bag with a mirror.
I’d also love a set but ones at the opposite end of the spectrum – a set of electric, very vibrant shades, electric blue/hot pink/lime/orange and a bright Red included(so I can wear it with gold!) If not being arty on my eyelids, I like to use the brighter colours (like Aqua) for eyeliner.
I have the Surprise kit which came wih red lids. As my dressing table has some Chinese items & a red and gold theme going I’m now desperate for some spare red lids!
BE eyeshadows aren’t cheap and the more colours you collect means you end up with a fab collection to choose from which will last you years. I’d love it if BE were to make a selection of different coloured lids for customers to buy to customise their pots with their bedrooms or decor – it would be fun to make much more of a feature of the pots by way of a feature stand. Perhaps an acrylic stand with grooves to fit your pots into, so that half of the pot can be slid into it so the colours become a feature. With the Bare Escentuals logo in gold foil at the top of course. An alternative stand would be less formal, perhaps for teens or more whimsical – I’m thinking of a rotatable, tiered design resembling a cupcake stand.
Looking forward to seeing the shows!

Hi Alison, I have let the hair colour grow out of my hair and everyone says it suits me so much (grey!) I said I would never go grey it is whiter at the front. I have short hair but would like to find a shampoo and condtitioner to suit my hair type to make it shine and look healthy any tips please. Thanks for your time Elaine xx

    Hello Alison
I would be grateful if you could help me I would like to find a serum for around the eye area. I am 38 and have fine lines all around the eye area. I use Liz Earles C&P and toner and moisturiser but find that the line serum makes the area around my eyes a little itchy. Please could you advise of something else. I do suffer with sensitive skin. Thankyou very much.

I would just like to say how FAB you look on the video – loving the less made up look & more casual hair – you sometimes look a tad ‘false’ on screen – this look is SO much more flattering. Also loving your lttle top…….
