Scruncher and Mr Bo Jangles hit the red carpet

Scruncher and Mr Bo Jangles in a Vivienne Westwood coat What an exciting day for Mr B and Scruncher.

On Sunday morning they ventured to Holland Park for the premiere of the sequel to Cats and Dogs, an invite no dog could resist!

It was incredible as 300 dogs turned up with their owners and the ultimate dog lovers too. It was full of celebrities, including QVC favourite Lulu Guinness (see the picture below) with her very own pooch - at last she met my boys!

It was a crazy morning with the boys walking the red carpet as so many celebs wanted their photograph taken with Mr B and Scruncher.

Lulu Guinness with her dog Woffle Mr B was wearing a jacket that Vivienne Westwood had sent to him to wear. Oh, I thought, maybe I'll buy of those. Hmm, I think I'd need to sell a few pairs of my shoes to pay for it, or perhaps take out a second mortgage! Yes, we had to give it back but I think you will agree he looks so handsome.

Scruncher loves his T-shirt and has the real English Bulldog face that everyone falls in love with. They are both so placid and loved the lights, the cameras and the action. The photographers could not believe how well-behaved and obedient they were both were! That's a great English Bulldog for you!

Scruncher and Gail Porter in the Daily Record The kids particularly loved Mr B, being a five-month-old puppy. The boys came home full of it and slept all the way back. Exhausted, they both collapsed together in their bed and the snoring brought us all back down to Earth.

They hit the headlines in the Evening Standard, Daily Mail and Daily Record (see left), and keep your eyes peeled this week for a few magazine articles too.

Thats my boys!

Jill how wonderful…your boys are famous lol! What a lovely article to keep! Looks like an absolutely fabulous event..a genious idea!! Wish I could have taken my little pup too!
Saw you on one of the supplements shows this week and as a nutritionist I find them very interesting. Loved the pale grey/silver top you had on also – can’t remember if it was that show. Really suited you. Don’t often see you in that colour.
    Enjoy your weekend!

Jill, you do make me laugh. I am as mad about my two Westies, the girls, as you are about your boys. I have a fab Lulu Guiness bag with Westies on from about 6 years ago and would love her to do more. I love your doggie blogs, I wouldn’t have gone without my shoes though.

How fantastic, I melted at the sight of your boys – bless them.
I have two boxer pups and they bring us so much pleasure as I can see that your two bring.

Hello Jill – Enjoyed reading your blog about Scruncher and Mr Bojangles, it sounds like you have your hands full with them. I wanted to ask you a question really and wondered if you could tell me where you bought your lovely silver bolero shrug? I’ve seen you in it a few times and wer’e celebrating our silver wedding anniversary shortly by going on the new P & O ship ‘The Azura’ around the central med. and would love a silver/lurex (but not sequinned) shrug (along with a black one of course as well). It would be lovely if you could let me know.
    Have a good weekend.

    Hi Jill,
Your dogs (and their little jackets!) are gorgeous! Just wondered what the lovely pale pink nail polish was that your were wearing during the Eternal show on Sunday? It’s just the colour I’ve been looking for for ages, so would appreciate the name!
    Many thanks (in advance!)

Hi Jill, notice you do not go on your blog that often, but have just watched you presenting JLO watches, and had to tell you that I also hid something when we went away on holiday a couple it was our credit cards and do you think I could find them when we came home no way, and it did not help with the other half keep going on about hiding things away I did find them about 6 hours later, never again.I also wore a bangle at the top of my arm for many years but alas it is too tight now(one of the joys of getting older) the weight seems to go on everywhere! Nice to chat hope we speak again.
PS also love shoes and Gone With the Wind (film & book)
