The Body Rescue Plan

Scores on the doors (even locked ones!)

The Body Rescue Plan Paperback by Christianne WolffHi everyone,

Hope you’re all fine and dandy and enjoying the sunshine. It’s been beautiful in the London area, sunny but cold. I’m fine with wrapping up warm and going for a brisk walk… well 3-4 brisk 40 minute walks a week actually, as many of you know I’m doing Christianne Wolff’s “Body Rescue“!!

I’ve had a stack of compliments regarding how well I’m looking so something is obviously working!! I promised you a periodic update… so here it is… I started the programme on January 15th, so last Monday (5 and a bit weeks later) this is the result….

Weight loss: 10lbs

Inch loss on waist: 5 inches

Inch loss on hips: 6 inches

Body fat % loss: 11%

I’m thrilled!! And for the first time in trying to lose weight, I’m not fixated on the bathroom scales. Don’t get me wrong, I still love to see a change, but I get more excited about the inch loss and body fat % drop. So my goal is no longer in stones and pounds, but in inches and a body fat percentage, which in turn will confirm what is healthy for my age. So all good in the hood as they say. Those are indeed the scores on the doors.

However what happens when those doors are locked?

What are those two up to?Check out the photos!! This was me and the lovely best in the world floor manager, Wendy. I have to be the world’s worst at leaving my work pass in my dressing room, but now Wendy has the solution down to a fine art!! Sssshh!! Probably shouldn’t be showing you the evidence, so mum’s the word, eh!!

What on earth is she going to do with that?Aahh open sesame!

Enjoy the signs of spring in the air with the sunshine and daffodils (well hopefully where you are) and to get even more of a spring in your step, look out for my Easter competition which will appear in my blog in a couple of weeks!!

Daffs

Lots of love

Anne X

Well done Ann I’m starting the 5..2 eating program next week and am hoping to drop a dress size. It’s not easy whichever plan you use I should know iv tried them all I did use diet chef last year and dropped 3 dress sizes and kept it off till Christmas.then its slowly crept back on till iv gone up a dress and a bit size again and I really enjoyed last summer not having to hide behind cardigans lol so I’m hopefully going to drop back to the weight I was happy with ,my downfall is chocolate.I keep my fingers crossed we both get to were we are happy and healthy

Hi Catherine, I can honestly say I haven’t needed to master up a load of will power (I thought I would have to). Even the first week which is the kind of major detox stage I found ok. Maybe I was just so fed up with the excess pounds…….I don’t know. But I can tell you now, and it’s cliche’d I know…….but I have a whole new way of eating and I love it!! No need for wired jaws! Lol!! X

Lovely to hear from you hazel, and good luck with your programme too!! I totally get the whole chocolate downfall, but I have to say I’m making the healthy stuff now and I’m amazed!! I don’t like dark chocolate and have never been into the whole “70% cocoa” thing!! But christianne’s recipe? Absolutely delicious.
I’ll post some photos shortly!! (I’ve earn the last batch!!) lol xx

Hey Susan, great to hear from you!! Hope you’re well. Not too sure about the side profile thing, (don’t like the jowly bits) but thanks anyway ;-) xx

Anne – I haven’t seen you on QVC for months as I work odd hours but I saw you on tonight’s Alpha-H show and just wanted to say how well you looked. You always dress so stylishly (I know you wouldn’t say so yourself, so I will do it for you, but it’s true) but what I noticed the most was your skin! My Goodness, it absolutely glowed out of the TV screen and if it’s not being offensive, you looked years younger somehow.

Congratulations on the weight loss and exercise regime. How you do it with everything else that you fill your life with is a mystery but if it makes you feel better, fitter and more energised, then ‘well done’.

    Kindest regards
    Susanne

Hi Anne, Well done on your weight loss. You really are looking amazing at the moment. I thought it was your new hairstyle a few weeks ago. The colour is lovely but saw you today and you are positively glowing with health…your hair, skin and eyes are so alive.
    Well done you.!

Hi Susanne! No it’s absolutely totally 100% fine for you or anyone else for that matter to say that I’m looking younger at the moment!! :) Music to my ears!!
Thank you so much for the kind compliments and words of encouragement. They really mean a lot!!
    Please stay in touch xxx

    Hi Dee,
Lovely to hear from you. Yes a few people have commented that they like my hair at the moment. I’ve grown it just a tad longer with a few more layers and I’m using our Taya hair products quite a bit. It all helps!!! But then again, eliminating my sugar addiction, eating healthily and doing a bit more exercise has paid off too!! Lol!!!
I salute the expertise of the ‘body rescue’ programme. I want to say that I’ve got bags of will power, and aren’t I good as it’s been a real struggle……….but you know what? I’d be lying!! This is possibly one of the easiest things I’ve ever done. I totally love what I’m eating!! And I’m not a nibbler!! I love my food!!!!
    Take care xxx
