Adele from SBC This autumn we want to make sure your skin is looking tip top after the summer months, so here is SBC's expert, Adele O'Donoghue, to tell you how to get the most out of Today's Special Value, a five-piece Simply Beautiful collection.

Collagen Gel
SBC's favourite product is ideal all year round, but is especially gentle and hydrating after a day in the autumn climate. It's so important to protect your skin this time of year and regular use will help to moisturise your skin whilst re-hydrating both face and body. It makes an excellent facial mask at the end of a long day, and can be used as a body treatment too. For best results, use morning and night by applying a generous layer and massaging in until the product is absorbed.

SBC gel collection Arnica Gel
SBC's hero herbal product is ideal for all the family to assist in easing general aches. You can use it as often as you want to; it's light-textured, easily absorbed, non-sticky and water-based so it simply sinks in and gets to work – there's no need to massage into your target areas.

Arnica Bath Soak

This natural soak containing arnica will help calm and soothe you at the end of a hard day and help relax your mind, body and soul. This complementary soak is especially helpful after strenuous muscular or joint activity e.g. sports, brisk walking or gardening and is also an excellent addition to a foot spa, for tired feet.

Propolis Gel
Propolis gel is a mix of resin wax, essential oils, amino acids, minerals, vitamins and bioflavanoids, which are known to be important ingredients for healthy skin. Ideal for the autumnal weather, it also suitable for use on sensitive skin, and may be especially helpful on chapped skin – the perfect solution to soften and protect weathered hands.

Jasmine & Evening Primrose Oil Shower Crème

This natural body wash is enriched with jasmine, evening primrose and starflower essential oils together with omega 6 essential fatty acids to soothe and richly moisturise your skin. Use both morning and evening if possible to help balance all skin conditions – from the driest to the oiliest.
