I've been so looking forward to today... not just as it's the end of the week, but because of my Philosophy shows featuring the fabulous Philosophy Today's Special Value… I do hope you can join me at either 12 noon or 3pm today, or even better still... both!
Today's TSV is fabulous! It's a four-piece collection full of moisturising goodies to give your skin a boost after the summer. I wonder how many of you have ever tried Hope In A Jar moisturiser or When Hope Is Not Enough day cream before? I've used both and think they're fantastic - both in texture and in results!
I used to love the idea of the Philosophy range as I thought its messages, approach to life and thoughts on living were great. But to be honest wasn't sure how serious they were as a skincare brand, having not used them. But then two things happened -
1. I spoke to someone I really respected in the beauty buying team who actually chose to use the range in their own skincare routine
2. I tried it for myself!
The pleasure of using them and the results spoke for themselves. And the little pep talks on each of the packages each day were just a bonus! It's like having your own private life coach in the bathroom as you begin and end the day!
Also of course, they make a great gift because of the names and messages on them…
I gave a girlfriend of mine the Hope In a Jar moisturiser last year as a present for her 48th birthday. Whilst the name of it initially made her chuckle, the feeling and luxury of the texture and how it made her skin feel and look soon turned the laughing into "and where did you get this range from?! Do they do other products?!"
I know Kath sent me a blog message a while back to say she loves Philosophy... so I wonder if she'll be tuning in? And do drop me a message and let me know what you think of Philosophy.
Enjoy the rest of the week, and look forward to seeing you Friday hopefully!

PS. I have finally mastered finding where your comments are on my blog, and so begun the process of replying to the many kind messages you've sent in… so please bear with me as I go through and answer them all...
