My very own juicing bar thanks to Jason Vale

Jason Vale was the ‘Juice Master’ who kicked off my interest in juicing years ago. His Power Juice, to this day, remains a firm favourite and one I’ve lived off for ages during periods when I’ve wanted to supercharge my eating.

He’s going to be here on Sunday night into Monday bringing us this uber stylish cold press juicer. Essentially it’s a slow juicer, which means that it squeezes the fruit and veg slowly to extract the juice rather than blitzing it quickly as you would in a fast centrifugal juicer. This way of juicing means no heat is generated, so you get more nutritional value as a result. It’s therefore great for anyone who’s been juicing but is looking for the next step up. It’s also really easy to use so good for absolute beginners too.

The juicer will come in five colours – black, cream, pink, blue and the Union Jack print, which I tested out for you all! All of them are simply gorgeous!

In the box there are also two of Jason’s juicing books, and a DVD. This cold press juicer features a chute for whole fruit and vegetables to make juicing quick and simple, a low induction ‘slow’ motor to ensure you yield the most goodness out of your ingredients, plus the extra bonus of Jason Vale’s ‘Funky Fresh Juice’ book, a ‘Super Juice Me’ DVD and more. An easy way to get plenty of ‘the good stuff’ into your diet in a delicious drink, this Retro Slow Juicer from Jason Vale carefully coaxes out vitamins, minerals and more from fruit and vegetables, helping you on your way to a healthier lifestyle.

No hassle, no waste

Designed to deal with fruit and vegetables whole, there’s no need for chopping or peeling; simply drop your produce into the feeding chute and the juicer does the rest for you! It’s not just for juice either, this fantastic machine also enables you to make nut milks and sorbets AND as you’ll see from my video even a cheeky champagne cocktail! Perfect for your summer parties and entertaining!

If you like a bitter cocktail, try it as I do it here in the video – just with pink grapefruit and fresh basil. If you prefer it a bit sweeter, just add some elderflower cordial – and squeeze of lime is always nice…

Here’s to healthy juicing… And let’s not forget the champagne cocktails from time to time! Cheers!

Hope you can join Jason and I on Sunday evening.

Much love,

Sara X
