Hello and Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderful festive season. If you are anything like me, after all the indulgence of Christmas your mind is now turning to getting into shape and losing some of those inevitable extra pounds.
I really enjoyed my experience of the rower – it was very smooth and really got my heart rate up. I also liked that I felt very safe and stable on it, and I was able to take it at my own pace. The large screen showed how fast I was rowing, calories burned and distance covered, so it’s easy to set yourself goals and track your progression – great for motivation!
If you’re a complete beginner or haven’t exercised in a long time you’ll like the rower as it can be as gentle or a vigorous as you like. Not only does it work your arms, I also found it great on my chest, back and legs, so a good full body workout.
I really enjoy exercise and as well as my Bodyblade, I do gymnastics, circuit training and yoga – so if like me you already have an exercise regime, this will also complement what you do (and of course it’s easy to slot in as you have it in your own home).
As always, I would suggest if you have any concern about beginning a new fitness regime to have a chat with your doctor to get the green light before you start.
