Ok, hands up who enjoyed a bit of over indulgence over the past month or so! Me me me! I definately did and the scales have revealed the extent of it;
I did lose a stone with Diet Chef last year and now I'm back on the DC wagon!
I've made friends with people on our Diet Chef forum who are also doing it.
Please join us if you're also looking to lose weight. It's a fun and supportive environment and very welcoming, too.
Now, I've taken some before piccies in the hope that the 'afters' will be well worth exposing myself for!
Now for the dreaded front, back & side!
For me it isn't totally a 'weight' thing. It's also about getting into the swing of healthier eating habits, portion control, 5 a day fruit & veg and drinking plenty of water. I can't wait to fast forward a month or two.
