What do our presenters want for Christmas?

26

Julia Roberts We asked our presenters to tell us what Christmas presents they'd most like to see under their tree on Christmas morning. Take a look at what they had to say…

Julia Roberts

This year I would love the Wintertrax shoe grips so that I can walk in the snow and ice. They come in a two-pack so I can give the other pair to my mum.

I'd also really like the Emu slippers as they look so comfy. They were a TSV and I forgot to order them before going to bed.

Elemis Skin Nourishing Milk Bath Anniversary Edition 500ml - 220720 Then they had unfortunately sold out in my size and colour by the time I got up! So, it would be great to find them under the tree on Christmas Day!

Finally, I need lots of de-stressing baths after our recent move so Elemis' Milk Bath would be just the thing… pure relaxation!

Pipa Gordon Pipa Gordon

For Christmas this year, I’d love a couple of the Kelly Hoppen velvet cushions for our bed – I think they’re absolutely divine… especially in the black!

I’d also love the Illy Coffee machine as I’m a sucker for kitchen gadgets and can’t function without my morning cup of tea first thing followed by a latte after the school run! This machine is also rather sexy and, Santa, I’d like the black option again please…

And last, but oh-soooo not least, I’d also absolutely love the Lulu Guinness large Mary bag - yes, you guessed it, in black please! It’s beyond gorgeous so, Santa, I promise I’ll be a good girl!

Craig Rowe Craig Rowe

All I want for Christmas is a Samsung 50" 3D TV. Ok, I know it's a big ask but you have to think big right?! I truly love this TV - the picture is phenomenal and I love how you can also watch anything you may have missed as it connects direct to BBC iPlayer and allows you to catch up on YouTube videos.

The TV also comes with a Blu-ray player which can play 3D movies, it's got it all! Someone pass the popcorn or should that be a mince pie?

Kelly Hoppen 100% Cotton Matelasse Feather Pillow - 831462Next up is the Kelly Hoppen matelasse pillow and throw – ok, I know this is actually two things but they go together so well I just wouldn't want to separate them. I really love Kelly Hoppen's style, so effortless and chic, and the reason these pillows and throw (ok, make that two pillows please) are on my list is that I am very fond of the texture of matelasse and I also love white bedding but it can be a little clinical when it is plain.

Not so with this throw, here you get the freshness of white with the the texture and design of matelasse. Matelasse also reminds me of when I used to live in France, they have lots of it there.

Sometimes I use it under a moisturiser if I'm out in the elements but if I'm at home I just use this with nothing else. I have combination skin and I find this serum adds mositure to the dry bits but doesn't add any more shine to the oily ones.

Right, I'd better get this list off to Santa, fingers crossed!

My three QVC Christmas wishes this year would be;

1. A pair of Emus as they are the most gorgeous warm, snuggly boots and I suspect we are going to have another severe winter.

2. Thornton's chocolates – Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without them!

3. A new Lulu Guinness bag – now I have one, I think I'm addicted.

Jilly Halliday Jilly Halliday

Dear QVC Santa, I would like the following for Christmas,

The Illy Coffee machine, which makes gorgeous espresso, cappuccinos and lattes. It's around £180 but just think how much money I could save on those shop-bought cappuccinos. It could pay for itself eventually! Most importantly it would look the bee's knees on the worktop and it's red! You know how red-crazy I've gone with all my kitchen accessories - it would be perfect!

I'm also loving my Decleor at the moment, particularly the Iris products because they are perfect for my dry skin at this time of year. I'd love the day and night discovery collection as it contains everything I need and comes in a great silver bag, just the perfect size for travelling to see friends and family over Christmas.

Finally, I would also love some Emu boots. The style called Echidna look amazing, all furry on the outside as well as in. Plus, now Emu boots are water-resistant too which you don't get on other brands of ugly boot.

Alison Keenan Alison Keenan

My three QVC must-haves for this Christmas would have King's Realm at the top of the list. Their festive meats box is such a cracking idea with everything you need to make the entire Christmas and New Year practically perfect! All you need is an oven and away you go.

There's turkey, pork, beef, sausages – all that will make your mealtimes hassle and stress-free, and you know you're getting the best, rather than risking your reputation and your family's digestions on the day!

Sanyo Xacti CG20 Full HD 10MP Camcorder with 5x Optical Zoom & 4GB SD Card - 563020Secondly, and particularly pertinent this year as Lucy's engagement party is just prior to Christmas, would be the Sanyo Xacti CG20 camcorder. It's HD quality and takes fab 10MP stills too, and having recently had a go with it in one of our electrical shows, I know it's a must. The wedding the following year too can be recorded professionally but so easily too!

Finally, and as a spoiley to myself, I would have the Elemis Lime and Ginger scrub and body cream duo. I think a fab salt scrub to smooth my skin and stress away before the big day will be heaven, and I'll smell gorgeous too.

Hope you find what you're looking for from QVC too!

Simon Biagi  Simon Biagi

My perfect present would be the Bose SoundDock 10. The sound is amazing and I would use it as my iPod dock as well as my TV sound system as it fills the room with wonderfully powerful sound – very much an object of desire!

I'd also like the Decleor Men's Facial Care Trio because us men like to be spoiled as well. I like the smooth cooling gel  in this kit that really aids a good shave and the Decleor range seems to last for such a long time so I won't be without until well into the new year!

So stressed at the moment, mind if I share. For approx three months now I have had a visitor to my garden a tortieshell cat, she looked well fed and was wearing a collar but just something about her made me continue to feed her. Imagine the whirl I went into yesterday when I got a note through my door that began Polite enquiry, DO you own a tortie cat? I rang the number to find that a gentleman of 80 had been feeding her too for the same period. He was now upset his nephew had come to take him to Devon and the worse thing this poor puss has been sleeping under bushes in his garden. I would love to take her in but I have a little pekinese Milly who hates cats, although I have two elderly sealpoint persians, luckily they live seperate lives. Only if you are an animal lover like me will you understand Im so worried Catteries are overloaded with unwanted animals. Wish me luck for Christmas thats all I ask that this one more animal can end up in a loving home, preferable mine, but all I see is a nightmare. Oh! read all your lists Allison K was the only person who wished other people their wishes would be fulfilled how kind and unselfish of you Ally special love to you, and good wishes to QVC all. MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Christmas is about giving and I want to give the best jewellery, the best clothing and outerwear and the best gadgets. Thanks to QVC, I can purchase the best gifts with confidence and without leaving the comfort of my sofa.
As far as gifts for myself, my wishlist includes anything from QVC, in particular Attitudes by Renee, Nina Leonard, Kim & Co, Ronni Nicole, Tiana B, Print Fusion, Dennis Basso, Centigrade, Honora, Veronese, watches from Joan Rivers or Gossip, B Makowsky, Lulu Guinness, Birkenstock, Elemis, Liz Earle, L’Occitane, Leighton Denny’s (Supermodel, in particular), Laura Geller, Mally, Northern Nights and all technology (Craig’s 50′ Samsung 3D television would be perfect). [List is essential, just in case my friends and family read this. Smile].
Whilst writing, I would like to send (early) season’s greetings to the engaging presenters, the exquisite models (my favourites -Sharon, Goody, Tiffany, Anika, Joy and Tanya) and the polite and patient staff at the Liverpool office. And, finally, I’d like to say a big welcome back to Debbie Flint whose bubbly personality I really missed. Also missing Claudia and Sara. When will they return to the fold? Soon, I hope.
