QVC Champion and so much on!

Misty's pawHello, hope you've had a great week. It's been so busy at QVC!

Well done to those who correctly identified Misty's paw in last week's 'just for fun' guess the photo! I love my dogs!

Well, it's celebration time for me! I'm officially the QVC Champion on the challenge which was set when we brought you the Flash Pad Today's Special Value. I bought two of them. It did go limited stock later in the day but I believe we still have a few available if you missed the day and would like to order one. It's brilliant!

Flash Pad score board

I set my score early in the day and was concerned it would be beaten by Jill, Craig or Ali… (I'm not competitive…. honest…) Tensions were running high when Claire rose to the challenge… I don't think I helped matters!

I wonder what my prize is?

I had a few days off over half term with my family; we stayed at home and enjoyed lazy walks with the dogs, good food (of course!), DVDs and family games.

We did a speedy surprise day trip to the Isle of Wight to see Dad. He's been in a terrible way with back pain which has been causing us concern. It was great to see him, catch up and eat plenty of food. The good news is he's receiving fantastic specialist care so we're keeping fingers crossed.

We also took the dogs for a walk on the beach. Dad is fortunate to be just a few hundred yards off the shoreline. Whilst walking I bumped into a radio colleague I hadn't seen for over 10 years. We recalled the days of my Saturday evening radio show when he would burst in the studio and come 'on air' as the comedy 'milkman' making a late delivery. Great times! I think he would be a fabulous guest on QVC so I'm hoping to put him in touch with our guest manager.

It's a very busy and exciting schedule ahead on QVC. Now that November is here Christmas is suddenly feeling very close. How are your preparations going?

I've some fabulous shows on the way with some great gift ideas and of course our money back guarantee for Christmas is currently extended to the 25th January, so buying gifts is really easy with great peace of mind.

I'm on air Saturday 9th at midnight with our TomTom Today's Special Value, then I launch the KitchenAid TSV Monday night at midnight (will there be food for me to devour?!)

Mystery pictureAlso, I'm thrilled to be presenting a two hour Liz Earle special on Tuesday 12th November at 9pm.

I hope you can join me, maybe tweet me your favourite Liz Earle product… Cleanse and Polish by any chance? I also adore the Botanical Shine Nourishing Hair Oil.

I'll round off this week's blog with our 'just for fun' guess the picture!

Take care and see you soon,

Charlie x

Morning Charlie. So glad your half term was a restful one. By the time you read this you should have got the photo’s. I must say thank you for the ” romance card”[ for your necklace ] it arrived safely. Although my postie thinks it got a little way-laid. Sorry to hear your poor dad is still having a lot of trouble with his back, he sounds [ like my mum ] a very independent person who’s reluctant to give it lightly. I wish him well. I really enjoyed the African gems last night [ made up for my destination gems fix]. Christmas shopping has gone well [ nearly finished ] even though I started late.
Still trying to get a replacement “Elliot and buttons” for Bella but with no luck. Are you doing the next Charlie bears ? Won’t say any thing to Bella YET.
Take care. Bella say’s a bog whoof. love Debby
