Caroline Archer - Customer expert and presenter

She'll be kicking off the Botanical Beauty show with Liz and Julia Roberts. She describes herself as having 'the dream job'. When she's not appearing on QVC, you'll find her chatting to customers by email, phone, and in person at the many events held in their flagship London store, and special shop on the Isle of Wight.

Saw the first part of the mini series last night and wow what a night! I adore Liz's products and snapped up the one time only offer with the fab bag. I'm a huge fan of the range and have been using it for 7 years now. I have really sensitive oily skin and still getting acne at the age of 36. Hello Liz & all. I am enquiing for my friend who i would like to buy a xmas pressie for from your range. She has quite difficult skin on her face as the middle is red, bit oily, but mostly dry and sensitive, and the rest of her face is still quite dry. Can you please advise me what to order for her, as i would love to surprise her with it, i know she has ordered your products before, and she loves Liz's creams !!!.
