This week's furry friend is a first for pet of the week... a rabbit! He belongs to Jilly and family.
Name: Dude
Age: 3 years
Breed: Dwarf Lop Rabbit
Likes: Thinking he's a dog and having the full run of the place
Dislikes: Having a bottom bath, which we have to do quite regularly so he has a nice clean bum!
We've nearly featured all our pets, so keep an eye out soon for our voting page where you can vote for your favourite presenter pet.

I used to have a massive Belgian Lop Eared rabbit called Belinda. She used to dig the mother of all holes in the back garden and my Mum used to dutifully fill them in so that she wouldnt escape. On many occasions Belinda could be seen alongside Mum actually helping her fill in the holes and as soon as her back was turned start digging them out again - hilarious. She would love chasing the ball around the garden and would regularly head butt our Jack Russell dog Benji, who would stand there looking stunned.
Thanks for reminding me about what a wonderful character she was.

Jilly, we also had a rabbit for several years,he was found in a carrier bag on a school playing field, someone had thrown him away, so we took him in, his name was Elvis, he had a very playful and mischievious personality and loved nothing better than teasing the cat and being chased when it was time for bed at night. We miss him still.

What a lovely rabbit. We have a new lionhead cross with netherland dwarf called Dandelion and she lives in our house, and is part of the family. She loves running around our huge kitchen and trying to get in the lounge to see what is going on in there.

Awwwww..... he is adoreable !!! I have 2 lionhead lopear rabbits... Henry and Honey. As they are lionheads they have fluffy bottom fur.. if kept well trimmed, it avoids the need for bunny bottom baths!!!

Beautiful rabbit Jilly. I am jealous again! Give him a cuddle from me - always assuming he will allow it of course.
Best wishes to you and your family.
