What made you try Diet Chef?
I've tried every diet you can think of - Weight Watchers, Rosemary Conley, The Cambridge Diet, The Grapefruit Diet, Atkins, in fact I'd be surprised if you can find a diet I haven't tried!
With each diet it would be the same old story - lose a bit of weight, put it back on, lose a bit, put it back on and so on. It was a vicious cycle that went round and round for years!
My friend Lucy told me about Diet Chef; it just sounded so tasty and when I found out more I was impressed with how easily it fits into any lifestyle and the convenience suited me perfectly.
What was your incentive for losing weight?
Mainly, my wedding. I always had a picture in my head of how I wanted to look on my wedding day, and knew that the pictures stay around for a long long time.
The last thing I wanted to be doing on my wedding day was worrying about how tight my dress was or covering the tops of my arms. I actually ordered my dress two sizes down! I wanted to be comfortable and relaxed and knew that I wouldn't be unless I did something about it.
