My top application tips

1. Buff the Foundation all over your face with the Face Brush for impeccable coverage
2. For a lit-from-within peach glow, apply the All Over Face Colour to your skin using the Face Brush
3. Dress up your eyes by buffing a sheer, butter-chiffon wash of Purist Eye Colour from the lash base up to the brow. Highlight softly under your brow bone for a lifted look
4. Add true depth by sweeping Harmony Eye Colour back and forth into the crease contours of your eyes
5. Frame your eye by applying a thicker line of Harmony Eye Colour along the upper and lower lash lines. For richer colour intensity, apply it with a dampened brush
6. Add a natural, guava-pink glow to your face by softly buffing Promise Blush along the apples of your cheeks with the Face Brush
7. Complete your look with the rich, berry-rose shade of Raspberry Tea Natural Lipgloss

I am new to usimg Bare Minerals, and recently purchased the 'Purist' collection. I like the foundation but am having difficulty applying the eyeshadows and getting them to stay put!Even though I have used the sparingly, I find I soon have dark 'speckles' of eyeshadow under the eye. Not a good look!

I've been using BE foundation for 5 years now and for the same time also been buying their eye colours. So I now have a good size collection and thought I'd share my storage solutions with all of you BE fans after getting fed up not being able to find the colour I wanted.

I kept hold of the plastic trays you find in shop bought cakes and through trial and error, eventually found the ones that make a good fit for the various pot sizes. Custom storage for throwaway "credit-crunch" prices - and cake to boot! If you go away and take a BE selection with you, this then makes it simple to unpack when you get home as there's a slot for each pot. This way you can also see at a glance all the colours you have and enjoy combining ones from different sets. I often mix/match between the Eco-Luxe set and the Ponder set colours for example and try combos I wouldn't have done before.
