Get set for travelling in style with this chic luggage range from Amanda Lamb, presenter of A Place in the Sun. Here she reveals all about the new collection...
What can we expect from your new range?
You can expect value for money and durability. I've lost count the amount of suitcases I've bought, been on one trip and a wheel has fallen off. It's also a bit of fun - the red with hibiscus design will get you spotted, and the black with dog tooth check is a classic choice.
What are your holiday essentials?
One thing I always take away with me, which may sound strange, is a scented candle or some incense - something that reminds me of home. Plus, always take an iPod, a good book and the all important sunscreen.
What would be your dream holiday destination?
My favourite place in the world is Margaret River in Western Australia. But right now, considering I'm a new mum, it would have to be the Maldives. Wherever I could relax and sleep all day long.
Do you have any tips for packing a suitcase?
Get organised! Always mix and match your clothes - I'll never pack something that doesn't go with at least two other items. Plus, before you pack lay everything out on the bed and get rid of half of it. The more organised you are the less time it'll take you to unpack at your destination.
Have you had any holiday disasters?
When I was filming A Place In The Sun I lost my suitcase for five days including all my show clothes - it was a nightmare! I had to do the shows in my jeans that I travelled in. So, a bit or advice, always pack a day's clothes in your hand luggage so you're prepared for the worst.
And finally, tell us a little about Today's Special Value
I wanted to offer people the chance to buy a suitcase set that was durable - once you've bought it you won't have to worry about buying another suitcase again. The set has everything you need if you're going away for six weeks, six days or six hours - it's got it all.
