Hi there, hope you're all having a good week and are ready for Christmas.
Anyone who's seen me on the box will know I'm a HUGE fan of cook's essentials kitchen products! I always get a bit flustered when I'm cooking for people, so knowing my cookware is reliable always makes my feel a little bit calmer.
I got to test that theory out last week when I threw a little dinner party for friends.
One of my friends had come over from Paris, so I thought it'd be a great opportunity for us to get together and have some fun in the kitchen!
I made a delicious sweet potato and vegetable frittata with a yummy rocket salad for the main course, and for dessert it HAD to be my famous apple crumble (check out the recipe), served with lashings and lashings of vanilla ice cream.
I think it might be time to add some variety to my apple crumble - do you have any good variations or a unique twist you add to yours? Let me know by leaving a comment below.
Catch you soon,
Craig. xx.

Hi there
Craig here, Happy new year!
Thanks for the crumble variations - will try those - although maybe not yet, trying to stay away from puddings this month!!
I will post the frittata receipe soon, it is scrummy!
