Dale's favourite room
Everyone has a favourite room in their home, and mine is my living room. We've lived in our house for over 16 years and have talked of moving many times - but we've been so happy here as a family. It's the room that holds so many memories for me, some wonderful some not so.
The decor relaxes me - in the winter months we have an open coal and log fire, it's so cosy and warm. I love relaxing in there after a long shift at work, as well as just chilling with my family.
It's the room where we open presents on birthdays and at Christmas. We also have lots of family photos in there, which is lovely. My children respect it as a 'grown up' room, so thankfully, it stays relatively tidy.
What's your favourite room in your home? Let me know by leaving a comment.
Love
Dale x

My favorite room has to be the kitchen, I even had my computer in there, but I began to feel isolated spending every moment in there. I had my computer put in the room, this has worked well, as I spend time in both. You have a lovely house, the room looks lovely. Thank you for letting us in.

Hi,Dale
I love your room, it is very similar to mine but i have a blue and cream.I have curtains very like yours,we use our room as best so it stays looking nice too.We also sit in there to open pressies on Birthdays and ChristmasI think it is more relaxing because we dont use it all the time so we consider it as a chill out room(as long as they dont make a mess.}

Hi Dale
My favourite room is the Conversatory, it overlooks our garden & the trees etc: in the distance. This is my space where I can relax, listen to radio & watch the coming & goings of the wild birds which frequent the bird tables we have installed around the garden. Utter bliss even if its only for a couple of hours during the day

Hey Up Dale,
My favorite room is my craft room. When I want to shut the world away I go into my craft room ,shut the door and craft away using my fantastic card and scrapbook kits from Q V C. I find this very soothing for the over stretched nerves. It also helps to take my mind away from missing my youngest daughter who has just left home to start a 4 years honurs degree at uni. This room also houses my collection of dolls houses as I am a keen miniaturist ,so not only can I craft away to my heart' s content with my Q V C card kits I can
also imagine myself living in one of my doll's houses.
