I have been very fortunate and my skin is in pretty good condition, I am 50 next year, although people tell me I dont look it. However I have began to notice lines below my eyes and sometimes quite bad puffiness. As the rest of my face is pretty line free, I think it makes my eyes look worse, they stand out terribly. What is the best products I can use to try and reverse this and stop it from getting worse (HELP) Carol
Fiona: Hi Carol. I would recommend the Decleor Hydrotenseur & Experience De L'Age Eye & Lip set. The Experience De L’age eye and lip contour cream is to be applied morning and evening. To intensify this for 1x a month, 3-4x a year, use Serum Hydrotenser - this is amazingly firming. With regards to puffiness ensure that your day cream isn’t used around the eyes and also when you do apply the eye cream, make sure you avoid the tear duct in the corner of the eyes as this can often accidentally get cream in it and will cause puffiness.
Decleor I need your help. i am 40 with normal skin however i have noticed that my pores are starting to become bigger and some blackheads are appearing.i do cleanse/tone/moisturise with qvc products.also i have to loose half my body weight and need to know how to look after my skin in doing so.i would be gratefull if you could help me with both problems. Yvonne
Fiona: Hi Yvonne. To decongest the skin of blackheads try Decleors Baume Essential just for 1-2 weeks at a time in the evening. To close the pores I would recommend Prolagene gel which you can apply daily along with your moisturiser. To aid your weight loss use Decleor's Contour range, this is excellent for slimming and refining. To help firm the skin, change then onto the Sculpt range to help with the skin's elasticity. Ensure your skin is completely clean morning and evening as this may be contributing to your black heads.
I am 27 and have combination skin. My cheeks are normal but my T Zone gets very oily throughout the day. I am using ylang ylang face oil with the hydra floral emulsion at the moment but would like to try neroli. will the neroli and the hydra floral cream together be too rich for my skin or should I stick with the emulsion version? Helen
Fiona: Hi Helen. Do you find your skin gets oilier in the summer months? You have two options you could stay using the Hydra Floral Emulsion and combine this with the Aromessence Neroli oil, and this would be perfect for autumn and winter, or use the Aromessence Ylang Ylang oil to reduce shine for the summer months.
I'm 49 and have been using Decleor products for about 8 months. My skin is lined, sun damaged with quite deep lines around the eye area. My problem is that I have several whitehead type spots at the bottom of the cheek area and chin which cannot be got rid of in the usual way. Shoud I change my Arromesance to another one or can you advice on any other products which may help. Paula
Fiona: Hi Paula. To decongest the skin try using Decleor Balm Essential. Alternate this in your evening routine, approximately 1-2 weeks at a time. Also I would check the amounts you are using - balm requires only a small pea size as it will melt into the skin.
I'm a recent decleor convert thanks to great advice from both yourself and Alison! I use normal/comb cleanser and toner and neroli, hydrotenseur and expression de l'age daytime. When I suffer from breakouts I use baume essential at night for up to maybe a week or when I feel my skin needs it. Helped breakouts for a couple of months but found they are now recurring. Any expert advice would be very welcome! Thanks, Sharon
Fiona: Hi Sharon. I recommend adding to your routine an exfoliator, either Phytopeel or the Purete Exfoliator. Also if you find you need to use Balm Essential for longer this is fine. I would also recommend that you do a course of Hydra Floral it may be that the skin is stressed, which could be from a number of things including the humid weather we are having and this is why you are getting breakouts. Put the Expression De L’age face cream to one side and then go back to this once you have completed the course of Hydra floral.

Hi Fiona, I am 45 years old, with combination skin, prone to odd breakout, but I have wrinkles on one of my cheeks and nothing seems to help. I think I need something to firm up my skin as it appears to be heading south. I do have fairly sensitive eyes, and wonder which of the decleor aromessences and moisturisers both day and night should I use. Please respond. Thank you for your time.

Hi Fiona, I am a 41 year old female who is on anti cancer medication which is forcing an early menopause. I have noticed that my skin is changing so much I am in need of help. I am thankful I no longer have cancer but my skin is dry on my body and my face has become lined around my eyes, dry on my cheeks and very oily on my t-zone. I have been using some Decleor products but really not sure what would suit my skin type. I am hoping to tune in on the 15th oct in hope you have any suggestion. With it being Breast Cancer month I hope to have skin that glows once more and not skin that looks ruddy. Thank you

Hi Fiona,
I am 27 and have used Decleor products for 9 years now and love the way they make my skin look and feel. I was fortunate to also use the foundation which was amazing. I have tried many other foundations and they just do not seem to compare, i wondered if Decleor had any thought on adding foundation into their product range in the near future?

hello fiona, i have been using decleor for a while and love it. I use hydra floral alternate with experience de l'age cream and put arromessence excellence under followed by prolagene gel and then my cream on top. In the evening i use angelique balm. My question is am i using enough firming products? I need firming more than wrinkle control! I am a Flight Attendant and so need lots of hydration too. I am 44 and in general my skin is good, thanks to decleor but just need to be advised on whether or not i am slotting in enough firming products? thanks
