Craig's Northern Nights bedding picks

Hello all,

I'm doing my first Northern Nights Presenter Picks show on Saturday at 4pm, and I'm so excited!

Northern Nights was one of the first shows I presented at QVC and it quickly became one of my favourites.

Prior to hosting Northern Nights I really didn’t know that much about bedding. After I renovated my flat a few years ago I decided to upgrade my bedding and I stupidly spent around about £450 on a duvet set!

The frustrating thing is, now I know about thread counts, I realise the store must have seen me coming! I paid all that money for something that looked nice but didn’t have the quality of Northern Nights.

I've learnt so much about bedding during the shows, and I've been inspired to completely change the way I sleep and even the way I feel about my bedroom and bedding. I wanted to share this new passion with QVC viewers who have been part of this journey and new viewers who, like me, weren’t sure what all the fuss was about.

Being asked to do a Northern Nights Presenter Picks show has been so exciting, although it was hard to cram all my favourites into one show. Here are just a few of the highlights…

Bafflebox featherbed - Having tried several featherbeds I have now found my favourite. This featherbed is so lofty and luxurious yet the bafflebox gives you a good amount of support. It doesn’t matter what position you sleep in, you never have to toss and turn to get comfortable. I also love the fact that it's practically maintenance free.

I'm a big fan of the Monte Carlo duvet set – it has a wonderful contemporary design and it's reversible so you can change the look of your bedroom anytime you like. I have this set in white and it makes my bed look like something out of a magazine!

Not only does it look good, it has a 330 thread count so it feels amazing too. It reminds me of staying in one of those gorgeous boutique hotels that you normally pay hundreds of pounds a night to stay in!

There's only one word for the Sateen duvet set – LUXURY! It feels like nothing I have ever felt before - glossy, silky and truly indulgent, but it's still affordable. The first night I put this on my bed, I had a hot shower, put on my favourite pair of boxer shorts and settled down to one of my best night's sleep in ages!

There will also be some lovely flannel sets on the show, I love flannel – especially when it's striped! However, I know many of you love florals, so I have chosen some beautiful ones just for you.

We also have some great pillows which I now know, along with a featherbed, are the foundation of comfort, support and sweet dreams……

On the show I'm going be joined by my favourite guest, the gorgeous Susie Adams. Her passion and expertise about the bedding is such an inspiration to me. Susie also has some of own tips for a great night's sleep.
