Hi everyone, it’s Will Gowing here.

Many of us will be looking to kick-off the new year by assessing our lifestyles and seeing what changes can be made, of course we can do this at any time, but a new year often prompts that ‘fresh start’ feeling.

QVC presenter, Catherine Huntley, has been working with celebrity trainer, Christianne Wolff, over the last four months, in that time Catherine has seen a huge change in how she looks and feels.

    I am very limited regarding exercise. Right foot practically rebuilt and spine degeneration. I manage to walk my Border Collie twice a day (Just). Will I be able to follow the diet plan without exercise and not upset a hiatus hernia?

    I was wondering what was gong on with Ms. Cathy Huntly!!! She looks so slim compared to earlier in 2014. Absolutely gobsmackingly amazing!. I need to go on this program , urgent and buying what ever it is on their TSV. Thanks QVC.

    Hello everyone, to answer your questions
    Yes you will still lose weight if you can’t follow the exercise due to injury

    Yes is fine if you are diabetic- its low in sugar. Kathy Taylor is diabetic and is doing the plan and lost loads of weight and feels amazing

    I will be on QVC with my book The Body Rescue Plan on 16th January at 9am with Catherine Huntley

    Yes it works with colitis, the plan is very good for digestive disorders as it eliminates any foods that cause inflammation

    Yes is good for vegetarians, 80% of the recipes are vegetarian and are delicious

    I broke my left ankle in 2010 and had surgery which has left me with a plate and nine pins inserted. I am fortunately mobile, but was wondering if your plan, which I presume involves exercise would be suitable for someone like myself?

    Will be very interested in ‘The Body Rescue Plan’ and am looking forward to the 16th!

    Like Gillian, I had exactly the same injury on my right ankle, plate and pins, which I had in for 3 years, but it really hampered my mobility, mainly walking far, even though I was able to do AeroPilates. If I went shopping with the other half after a short distance I would have to do a U-turn and head back to the car whilst he finished the shopping off.
    I took the decision to have it all taken out 18 months ago and my flexibility is much better, I can sit cross legged and rotate my ankle which I couldn’t do before. It still has little twinges and aches from time to time, yesterday being one of them, but I’m so glad I had it all taken out as now I’m much more positive about trying different things now both with exercise and eating, to the point that I have actually had some avocado in my spinach and fruit blast this morning, never had it before because it looked too slimy, but can’t believe how creamy it has made it. Onwards and upwards as the saying goes!
