A solution for tackling dry, thinning hair…

Hairfix 3 Piece Travel Recovery Collection Q. Hi Alison, I am 43 and have just been told I am in early menopause. My hair is very fine and has been dyed on a regular basis now for 15 years+ and now has become very dry and lifeless, where once it was shiny and bouncy. I also blow dry it everyday to style it, which no doubt contributes to the problem.

I have also noticed recently that it seems to be thinning at the front and small bits are breaking off when I just run my fingers through my hair when it is dry.

I wash my hair every 3-4 days, as it does not need everyday washing. What would you recommend to improve the condition of my hair?

A. To help improve the condition of your hair, the best thing to try is Hairfix - choose the fine hair option. This is best used every five or six washes.

When you are not using Hairfix, I'd recommend Philip Kingsley's Body Building and even the award-winning Elasticizer two or three times a week. If you can stretch to it, you can try the Philip Kingsley Maximiser Spray too – it instantly makes your hair look plumper and fuller.

The reason I've chosen Philip Kingsley haircare is because he is a qualified trichologist and his products are designed to help with hair loss. Philip's products also help keep your hair clean so you don't have to wash it daily.

Hi Alison, Just had to tell you this because im absolutely amazed by this product…drumroll..Revitalash Advanced…I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2010..happy 50th..lol..anyway the envitable happened and hair came out ..everywhere, although it saved me shaving under my arms, legs etc..for a year or so..waffling now, but as someone who always prided my appearance I was devasted at the toll of chemo radio, meds etc etc had on me both physically and mentally. Anyway I had seen Revitalash advertised a few months back and apart from not being able to afford it, I was just getting myself back on my feet after going back to work and was a bit sceptical. AnywaY saw it the other evening on easy pay and ordered it, it arrived and I used it straight away as my eyes were always a feature it was very hard to see my stupied little lashes, I WAS AMAZED, when I applied my mascara I could actually see the differance immediately, so today is my second day, I apply it at night and day 2 I am AMAZED…Thankyou thankyou I feel more like me again, the next big transformation is my hair have staarted the process but it will take time to feel WOW again but this has boosted my confidence big time xxx

Having had multiple major surgery over the past couple of years my hair, eyebrows/eyelashes were thin and lacking vitality.I have used revitlsh and revitabrow with amazing results so I purchased the hair product which I have been using for a couple of months.
At first I detected no difference but now I can say that the quality of my hair has improved and my ‘balding’ parting has become more lustrous. Also my hair is/appears thicker around the hairline and I can’t see through it anymore.
Although this product is expensive I will continue to use it to maintain results. How about an easy pay option sometime!
