Puppy power and Jewellery Day must-haves

Hello and I hope all’s well with ‘you an’ yours’ !

There’s only 8 weekends left until Christmas and things are really hotting up at The Q! Everyday sees an amazing line up of shows and gift ideas to make your Christmas a successful one. I’ll be highlighting some of the shows I’m involved with later.

Puppy Power

Toby and EllieEllie relaxing

Ellie continues to grow (as puppies have a habit of doing,) and she really loves her walks with Toby – she follows him around everywhere!

He’s a good dog for her to learn from as he’s pretty sensible and well behaved – it’s so funny to see Toby chase her around the trees, after she’s wound him up once too often though.

Although we don’t let her run for too long a time, just yet – she’s already really quick and will very soon be faster than him.

I’ve attached a quick video of them out walking together. We still get the occasional sit down protest on the lead, but she soon gets bored and with enthusiastic encouragement walks along fine after.

Jewellery Day on Easy Pay Installments

625757 Links of London bracelet in whiteFriday (31st) sees a glittering day of Jewellery with nearly every  item on-air on 3 EASY PAYS! I’ll be presenting three great shows, starting with the iconic British brand, Links of London at 12pm with Coral Adjei-Mensah. We’ll be showing off their gorgeous Today’s Special Value bracelet (if it’s still available)!

Then at 2pm we have our Premier Tanzanite gems hour with Laurie Wickwire, featuring gemstones of stunning violet and blue hues, set primarily in 18ct Gold. Lastly at 5pm we’ll have the warmth of blush Bronze and 18ct Rose Gold from Bronzo Italia with our guest Letitzia La Mela – only available on QVC.

Upcoming Today’s Special Value

acer laptopJoin us on Saturday when we have a great Technology Today’s Special Value – A great value Laptop from Acer. After that I’ll be bringing you Diamonique Favourites with Alison O’Reilly AT 6pm, followed by Yong Kim Fashions with Ingrid Tarrant at 7pm.

Midnight Sunday sees the launch of another great Today’s Special Value form Bethlehem Lights, in the shape of a 50 LED lights which are battery operated. You literally (sensibly) can put these anywhere (indoors or out) with no need to be near a power point. Melissa our Bethlehem Lights guest has flown back to the States but she leaves us in the very capable hands of Gill Gauntlett – hope you can join us.

Andi Peters’ Food Fest competition!

Andi Peters' Food FestMidnight Sunday, also sees the closing of my Twitter competition to win the chance of being a ‘Tasting Guest’ on the final show of Andi Peters’ Food Fest on Monday the 10th November at 7pm.

Just a quick reminder that I’ll be taking the winner and his or her plus one on a tour around our studios (including the backstage areas, galleries etc). Then you’ll meet Andi and Make-up Artist to the stars June, who’ll apply make-up the lucky winner before actually appearing on-air to be a part of the Show itself!

If you prefer not to join Twitter – you could always get your plus one to retweet the competition and follow me @dalefranklinTV in order to enter! Read the Terms and conditions here. Good luck and Andi and I look forward to meeting the winner and the guest.

Until next time, stay safe and warm
Dale x

    Hi Dale.
Wow Ellie is certainly growing. I love the video of them both together in the wood, they are having great fun, it is so nice that they get on, and I am sure Toby will look after her and keep her in order. It is great for a young pup to learn from an older dog.The photo of her lied upside down asleep reminds me of my young Golden Retriever Amber she always goes to sleep upside down, all her legs in the air. And today my two young labradors Diesel and Hinton, (brothers) are two, and it does not seem five minutes ago that we brought them home at eight weeks old.
Loving the Jewellery shows, some lovely pieces, the TSV soon sold out. Did get this for my daughter and got some lovely Links earrings for myself.
Oh dear another Yong Kim show, may have to blindfold myself as I love her designs, of which I have several.
Looking forward to the Acer TSV hoping to get that for my husband for Christmas as the one he has now is getting pretty old.
Take care and keep enjoying your dogs.
    Love Jean X
