    Hi Ralph, The new earrings look great. Could I ask you to please bring necklaces that either have an extender or 50cm lenth as I find 45cm too short for me.

    I love the items bought from you and regard them as the staples of my jewellery wardrobe. Especially the sets of earings.
    I hope that it is on your future ajenda to bring a set of drop earings a little larger than those you have already brought us.
    Also, is there a chance of my buying from you some of those plastic safety stoppers that you provide with your drop earings. Thanks Ralph, love you programmes. Love your pearls.

    Hi Ralph,
    Can’t wait to see your programme at midnight tonight. I was wondering if Honora would ever consider doing a glod or siver magnetic clasp set which attaches to an ordinary necklace clasp. I have really bad arthritis in my fingers and have meny Honora necklces and bracelets which I cannot wear anymore as I can’t fasten them. I live on my own, so can’t even ask for help. (Unless you fancy popping round to help me lol)
    You can buy cheap magnetic clasps but they are not real silver or gold and bring me up in a rash………….so please, please ask if it is possible for me.
    Right, have to go and check my bank balance to see how much i can afford to spend at midnight.

    Any chance of bringing the Italian watch to the UK that is on advanced orders in the USA, I saw it and it looks fab, gorgeous in fact, the MOP face looked amazing; and you never bring us UK gals many watches.

    Hi Ralph,
    I think I have been very unlucky with all of my honora. I have had a few items bought for me as gifts and all have broken. i havent been able to return them as I didnt buy them myself. This time last year, watching a programme with my Mum I saw the beautiful watch, which my mum bought me (on my account)for a birthday gift in December. I didnt wear the watch until then. I have just comeback from holdiay where this also broke :( Unfortunately I am told I ordered this early October 2011 and the 12 months is up, surely some flexibility could apply? I rarely return anything and to make it worse my Mum has passed away so the watch has more sentimental value than I can say.
    Please restore both my faith and my watch.

    Hi Carol, we do have a repair service. Please follow the instructions below.
    REPAIRS. If your HONORA item should require repair, please follow the mailing instructions below:
    1. Mail us your item through a traceable shipper, UPS, USPS Priority Mail, etc., to the address listed below. We recommend that you insure your package for the original purchase value in the unlikely event that it is lost in transit. HONORA is not responsible for lost packages.
    2. While traditional restringing is done at no charge as long as you have all of the pearls and elements, we will be sure to contact you if there are any charges associated with your repair before beginning to work on your piece.
    3. Please DO NOT send the original pouches or packaging received at the time of purchase along with your item as it will not be returned.
    4. Package the item carefully, enclose a brief note detailing your revisions (if needed) and send to address below:

    Hi Lynn, Of course! That was a Fresh from the Fair item that we had just found in Vicenza. We can offer that watch sometime next year.
