This year I have made a few resolutions and, so far, I'm doing well to stick with them. The main one was to make more of an effort to spend time with family and friends as time slips away too fast.
I know this only too well after the loss of Steve's grandfather over Christmas and then, less than two weeks ago, my grandmother passed away too.
It makes you realise that life is very precious and we ought to give ourselves the best chance at a happy, healthy and fulfilled life. This leads me on to another resolution and that is to get back on my pilates machine (even my cats are excited about it!) and to get those Paul McKenna CDs and DVDs back into my routine.
I feel better already! I'm also placing more of an emphasis on good, healthy, freshly prepared foods. I started this on 12th January and already I can see and feel the benefits!
I've had great results with Paul's systems over the years and, best of all, if I do slip back into old habits, he's right there on the bookshelf to help me trim down again! I've taken a series of 'before' piccies, which I plan to show alongside my new, healthier, leaner self once 90 days is up.
It'd be great if you'd like to do the plan with me. We can spur each other on and swap stories, recipes and other tips.
