Happy February to you! So, here we are in the second week of February and I hope so far, so good?
3 things to mention this week in my blog:
Firstly, I had the joy of going to see friend and colleague Gabi Bradshaw in panto once again at the weekend. Debbie and I headed down to St Augustine’s church in South East London for the matinee of the panto that Gabi and her husband produce every year. It’s for charity and is so professional and great fun! Here is Gabi playing ‘Demon Vanity’ – she does the baddie so well!
Secondly, be sure to join me for the Great Taste Awards Show this Wednesday 7th February at 6pm. The awards are in and we will be celebrating some terrific artisan food that has gone through the scrutiny of several judging panels to be granted the very prestigious Great Taste Award! Pies, chocolate, meats, cheese and even the odd tipple, so come with an empty tummy and enjoy!
And thirdly, I am delighted to be launching the first Alpha-H Today’s Special Value of 2018; it’s an incredible collection containing a supersize of the Balancing Cleanser, a supersize of the iconic Liquid Gold and brand new Liquid Gold Firming Eye Cream.
Liquid Gold is one of those products that I don’t use all the time but I turn to when I want to see a real improvement in my skin or when I feel my skin is getting too used to a routine and needs to be refreshed and woken up!
The Balancing Cleanser is great for all skin types and is a 3-in-1 make-up remover, face wash and toner. Liquid Gold is considered the hero of the range and wonderful for deeply exfoliating the skin and lowing the skin’s PH, which can help improve the appearance and radiance.
And the new eye cream I have only been using for a few days but it’s a wonderful texture and I think I can already see a difference in the refined quality it’s bringing to the eye area – exciting!
So that’s it for this week, sending you a big hug as always and be sure to join me for the Great Taste Awards Show on Wednesday and the Alpha-H launch on Friday night, or watch The Breakfast Show repeat on Saturday morning (plus if you can’t wait until then… you can get the collection right now online!).
