It's never too early to get in the festive mood and from now until the big day we'll be grilling our presenters about everything Christmas! We've got out Christmas Gift Weekend all this weekend too so tune in for some festive fun and check out our Christmas Shop for some special gift offers.
As Christmas is often a time of nostalgia we've asked our presenters to take a trip down memory lane and tell us about their favourite Christmas memories and traditions. Here's what they said…
"This (pictured) is my first Christmas as a Dad – one of my proudest moments, even sleep deprivation can’t hide my pride. Jack and Ali are about 3 weeks old here.
My wife and I have an unusual Christmas tradition in that we swap presents on Christmas Eve – it stems from when we were going out with each other as teenagers and wanted to give eachother our presents alone.
My favourite childhood memory is Santa leaving snow outside our door from his boots! It's amazing but it was just like the ice in our freezer – spooky!"
"My favourite childhood memory was one Christmas morning heading to the garden shed to receive my BMX Raleigh Burner with Skyway 3 wheels! I had no idea, I thought I was opening the shed to a woodwork kit. I nearly fainted!
Back home on the Isle of Wight we have a large cuddly Father Christmas. As children Mum and Dad always popped a few presents in his hat for us to open in the evening!"
As a child we always had to wait until after lunch for our presents and I have kind of carried that on although my two do open their presents from Santa in the morning while I'm waking up with several cups of coffee."
