I hope you're well. I am convinced the world is turning a little faster. Time is racing by this year. I can't quite believe March is upon us!
Speaking of March, I'm thrilled to bring you the very first opportunity to see our March Jewellery Icon. I received a call on Monday, after being off work for a few days, to be told it's my very own design! I'm so flattered. Speaking to Doug, our buyer, he tells me it sits beautifully within what they're seeing a great deal of at the fairs right now.
You may have seen the original design I came up with last year. I was touched by how popular my heart with half a carat of floating diamond was. Selling out many times. We received wonderful feedback and some observations too which we've listened and reacted to. I was asked to bring it back with an extender chain so it can be adjusted from 45cm to 47cm, and also in a choice of colour too.
Well, here it is, dancing with half a carat of loose diamonds, crafted in sterling silver and adorned in either 14ct rose or yellow gold and rhodium for the white option. Plus, the extender chain means it can be adjusted from 45cm to 47cm.
I hope you like the video presentation we've put together for you…

I must sing the praises of Doug, Clare and the rest of the buying team who have made it possible… again! It is available to order right away and I'm astounded at the price they've managed to achieve at £78.92.
Here's my original sketch which inspired the design. Technically it has been a real challenge to achieve. We've headed to Switzerland for the glass to be laser cut. The window sets off the half a carat of loose diamond beautifully.
Whether a gift to yourself or perhaps a treat for Mum on Mother's Day… I hope you love the design as much as I did designing it.
I'd love to hear from you and what you think of the heart. I'm on twitter @mecharliebrook or do leave a comment below.
Speaking of Mum and Mother's Day… Happy Birthday to my wonderful Mum. We all popped in the car over the weekend (with the dogs… of course!) and did a day trip to the Isle of Wight. It was lovely to catch up with Mum and present her with her gifts including a gorgeous moonstone bracelet I bought from QVC many, many months ago. I knew immediately, when I saw it, it was destined for her. I'm pleased to say she loves it.
We shared a bag of chips on the seafront! The weather was beautiful, if a little chilly, but the chips and Mum's company made it very worth while!
Misty and Bramble were throwing sand in every direction digging holes… I must teach them to build a sand castle!
Time soon passed by and we headed back on the hovercraft to go home. We rounded off the day nicely with a delicious take away! A wonderful, lazy weekend… Perfect!
You may have detected the buzz of excitement here at QVC… Apple is back on Saturday 1st March at midnight with the Apple iPad Air… I'm launching it with Lee… Can't wait! I'm then back on Sunday 2nd March at 7pm with more from the Apple range. I'm a huge Apple fan, having been an Apple user, since 1995… Time has flown!
Oh, I almost forgot, last week's guess the picture was a 2p coin! Here's this week's which I think is really tricky!
Take care and see you soon,
