Hi, this looks a really great collection. I have always been tempted by Bare Escentuals, but I can never work out which colour foundation to buy, I don’t find the colour info very helpful. I am fair skinned, but I don’t think as fair as Alison Young. I am also having hot flushes (a side effect of chemotherapy treatment) and finding that my usual foundation and powder are not doing the job anymore. Can you help me? Many thanks.

Looks fab, cannot wiat! Just wondering, is this kit suitable for oily teenage skin, as it contains the hydrating mineral veil? Looknig forward to it, will be great to watch again – if only the shows were more regular I could watch them 24/7! Many thanks x

HI , to the lovely Be user who is not sure of her colour choice if you are fair but not as fair as ALi your shade would be fairly light which will be available in the TSV x

Sooo excited. Have been waiting for the Handy Buki brush to be included in a set……got tired of waiting so bought one in Jan (it’s fab – you definitely get more coverage with it). Wish I had waited now 🙁 Will still be buying the kit though!!

Love Love Love Bare Minerals. Switched to it (from a major department store brand I’ve used for over 25 years)15 months ago and have not looked back. Each time it is on QVC, I add something new to my collection. Best ever buy was the 20 pc Ultimate Indulgence set. I don’t think I wear the same eye colour combinations two days in a row. Also, they are so easy to blend you can mix your own colours, and I mix to exactly match what I am wearing. The foundation is fab, and as I don’t like heavy make up during the day I mix foundation, radiance, and mineral veil to give me just the right look from a light, natural look right through to a heavier look for evening. You just can’t do that with liquid or solid foundation, and I’m constantly complimented on how flawless my skin looks.
I’d like to ask, one of my brushes is very bristly and a bit rough on my skin, the others are all very soft. Why is this? I only use the soft one, and I use it for everything: foundation, veil, radiance, blush, the lot! I could go on and on, but let’s just say I am a HUGE FAN!!! who can’t wait for 12:00 a.m. on Sunday.

hi, can you use asian and dark skin models from start to finish. you always use light skin models, and on asian, when you do use them, its only for lipstick or eyeliner. why/

re.Bare Escentuals foundation colour I am quite fair skinned and I have tried light, medium and medium beige in the Bare Minerals! The light is quite golden, the medium is more beige with pink tones. I settled on the medium beige in the end. However a colleague has recommended the fairly light and she has dark hair and fairish skin. Overall I would say they are reasonably forgiving and you can always mix two colours, add the warmth mineral to get the perfect colour for you!
    Give it a try!

The day I discovered QVC by accident 5 years ago, a show of Bare Escentuals was on air and the lovely, beautiful and full of fun SJ was demonstrating the mineral foundation. Well, that day “I could hear the angels singing!!!” SJ with her knowledge and sweet smile sold it to me! I bought the stuff and I have never looked back… my skin was transformed from “very average and sometimes spotty and reactive” to “great healthy looking skin”. I am 57 and my skin has never looked better. I wish I had discovered BE earlier. My daughter of 27 loves it and my mother of 80 loves it. Use it as directed by SJ and you can’t go wrong. The only problem is you will be addicted and will want to buy EVERYTHING! Thanks SJ, thanks QVC. x

Bare esc is the best makeup brand I have ever used, I recently moved over to a top name high street brand and my skin changed to being very topsy turvy. I have changed back to bare esc and hey presto my skin is back to normal, I use as many natural products as I can, including SBC and Liz Earle. Bare esc foundations is the simpliest and easiest to use and the eye colours and fabulous especially when foiled. Cannot wait for the TSV and hope its on easy pay so I can get 2!!!!

Wonderful products, my skin looks so much better using this foundation, I vary between Medium and Medium Beige, one for summer one for winter. The eyeshadows are really good I wouldn’t use any other since using these, lovely colours and go on so easily, must try the mascara next!

In reply to Cheryl, I think you might like Bare Escentuals. I find my skin is much cooler with this range. I prefer to apply it with a synthetic brush as it is gentler. I have recently begun mixing the foundations. I had a ‘fairly light’ that was too pale for me so I mix it with medium beige. I also like the golden tone of Light. Love the radiances and the buxom lips too.
