October Pick of the Month – PRAI AGELESS Throat Creme

PRAI throat and decolletageFirst of all, PRAI is a secret brand for us here at QVC. Cathy and her team have worked for the cosmetic industry in the past, and for many top brands. This is where they’ve gathered all of their knowledge on using active ingredients. You may recognise these active ingredients when Cathy uses them in the PRAI formula from very high-end products..

The thing about Cathy and PRAI which makes the brand so special is, for instance with the AGELESS throat and décolletage creme, they deliver outstanding ingredients at an affordable price. This is especially so, with the Beauty Product of the Month being the larger pot size.

So, if you’ve used high-end or prestige brands before, you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the ingredient recipe. If you haven’t used high-end or prestige brands before, you’ll be really thrilled with the fact that you can afford to use that level and quality of product because of PRAI, the AGELESS Throat and Décolletage Creme, and the size of the product of the month.

In a perfect world, from your teen and 20s years, you will have cleansed, toned, moisturised and sun-screened your neck and throat along with your face. Now, in most people’s skincare regimes, this did not happen. Then, you’ve got sun damage on the neck and décolleté, and on top of that, the slackening of the bust area weighing down the envelope of skin that supports the shape of the bust.

This then results, perhaps more in your 40s and 50s, slackened, crepey, dry and lined areas on the neck and décolleté, showing your age. Often this can look worse than ageing on your face, because if you have kept to a skincare routine for your face, as most people have, then your face can actually look younger, and may look slightly smoother and firmer than the neck and décolleté area.

How to use it

The AGELESS Throat and décolletage creme can be used in a couple of different ways. If you are on the younger side, and you’re wanting to use the creme, it can be more economical than using your face cream on the neck and décolleté because it is such a large area. So I would definitely recommend AGELESS Throat when it is the product of the month in this supersize.

On younger skin I would use it once a day as a moisturiser for prevention against the future ageing process, and to actually keep your skin in good condition.

If you have experienced damage on the neck and décolleté area, the good news is that you could be 40, 50, 60 or 70 and have never used a neck product before, and in your instance, I would use it twice a day – morning and night.

On both applications, I would definitely make sure that you take it round the back of the neck, so that your fingers actually meet. Take the creme all the way across the neck, décolleté and shoulder area.

I would suggest that when you stand in front of the mirror, don’t apply with your towel and robe, maybe just put a towel across your chest. That way you can see the whole neck, décolleté, the actual shoulder area, clavicle area, down to where the underarm meets, and over to the bust.

As this is a supersize, if you want to take it down the whole of the bust area then it could also act as a bust firming, skin-toning cream in that instance.

It’s a very clever product because it instantly hydrates and moisturises, contains anti-ageing ingredients. Your skin is left feeling smoother with a really silky, velvety, an almost peachy feel and texture. You should see a difference and notice an improvement in the youthfulness of your neck and décolleté area.
