Well not exactly! Actually I never make New Year’s resolutions as I don’t like putting pressure on myself to try to keep to something just because I said I would. If I think something is worthwhile then I will stick to it because of that and that alone.
On that vein I will be sticking to the yoga that I have been doing for the past few months. I have found it very helpful in re-establishing some strength and some energy. It has allowed me to shake off the Christmas cold quickly and I feel so much better for it.
A few people have asked me what type of yoga I have been doing and if I am honest I have no idea. I have simply been following a few routines that have been specially put together for me and I hope to continue with them and extend the routine by learning some more.
2016 has much for me to look forward to and I have a feeling it is going to be a year of many memorable occasions. My wife and I have a few plans that we have started working on and if they come to fruition I will tell you all about them. I will finally get my porch done (it’s been planned for nearly a year now but delayed again and again!) and I will watch my sons voice properly break, and see him get to the six foot mark before the end of the year I’m sure.
I hope you have some great plans this year and if nothing has been decided I hope that kismet brings you a few lovely surprises.
Have a very Happy New Year!
