Codage Paris Serum collection with dropper

New beauty to look out for

Beauty weekend sees the launch of some exciting new products including the Codage range which was originally developed by a brother and sister who, we hope, will be our on air guests. They create custom-made products that allow you to make your own prescriptive skincare. You may have seen this written about in the press and it is a darling of the beauty journalists, and we will be bringing you some exclusive sizes and launches so you can add this Parisian secret into your routine.

Eve Pearl Cosmetics
…developed by the five-time Emmy Award-winning artist; she is a modern day trend setter and has mastered the task of creating high definition beauty. She encompasses problem solving solutions for all skin tones and is very much complexion-led, and we are looking forward to some great tutorials on air based on her best-selling book, ‘Plastic Surgery Without The Surgery – The Miracle Of Make-Up Tips’. I think this says it all, and it will be great to get a fresh look at all of our faces and to update our techniques.

…is a range of make-up tools to perfect your application techniques to give you a professional result at home. Because you can blame your tools – and if your brushes are old or your tools dilapidated, then your resulting make-up will look dated and the crucial modern blending will be impossible.

These are just some of the new brands featured in this beauty weekend along with new launches from all your favourite brands. Of course, a firm favourite New Year’s resolution is always to get younger-looking lashes, which is perfect with the Revitalash Today’s Special Value offer on Saturday; and at this time of year, think ahead to a hair-free summer holiday with the Tria Laser Hair Removal Today’s Special Value on Sunday, which can be used on the face and body.

During the Beauty Bash, which is held in Billingsgate, London, it has been wonderful to meet over 5000 of you across the 3 days, but I also appreciate that there are so many of you that would have loved to come along but haven’t had the chance this year. If you can follow me on Facebook and Twitter, I will be posting up lots of news, gossip and photos to help you feel involved at home and if there are any specific things you would like photos of, then please let me know.

Watch out for my Beauty Bash report, which will include lots of Q&A’s that I have featured, especially any topical, frequently asked questions, which I will keep you updated on over the next few months.

Hi Alison, I have just discovered Codage & I love it. I have a question though. I have got into the habit of putting ultra sun on my face after I’ve cleansed & toned, I usually wait about 20mins before applying my daily skin care serums, eye creams etc. can I still do this with the Codage range? It’s just that it does say the serums need to go on clean cleansed skin! Many thanks, Dawn.
