How are you? Hope you are well and managing to keep a little bit of sanity at this exciting but crazy time of the year!
I am doing really well. Thank you SOO much for all your kind wishes for me in my new place. I must admit moving day was a joy but the week before was rather stressful. Since moving in I feel rather out of sorts as its all new and unfamiliar, but of course I understand it’s just a matter of time. I have had some great time with friends in the area already and have also joined a yoga studio just up the road from my new place, so it feels like I am starting to put down roots. Hope you like the pics of my new local area, any guesses what my favourite building in London is?!
There have been some lovely Christmas gatherings recently. Here is a pic of my dear friend and colleague Catherine at the QVC Christmas party – it was a great night! Have you been to any pre-Christmas get-togethers?
How’s your Christmas tree looking? I am yet to put mine up! I am rather late because I am still living among so many boxes, not really had any good stretches of time to actually unpack. Eek! I did help my friend Emma decorate hers though on Saturday night – we had Prosecco and Christmas songs on; it was such fun!
Talking of Christmas music, have you heard Justine Balmer’s version of “O Holy Night’? It’s released on iTunes and you will know Justine as a guest presenter on QVC. I am so proud of her and she is going to be so successful next year – watch this space! If you like her style of music she is definitely worth following on twitter: @justinebalmer
Finally, I just wanted to say thank you all so much for your love and support over this year. I feel so blessed that we all feel like a big family. A special thanks to Sharon Harvey for all the work she does on the “Back To You’ group with Debbie Flint and for sending me a lovely owl! Twit-twoo!
So, have a wonderful Christmas everyone and I will be sure to let you know what I get up to in my next blog…
Feel free to leave a comment and perhaps a special message for a loved on that I can then read out over Christmas when I am on QVC…
