New footwear range by Marta Jonsson comes to QVC

Marta Jonsson footwear Launching today on QVC is a brand new footwear range from Icelandic designer Marta Jonsson.

Her collection of stylish, elegant and feminine shoes are designed and supplied to some of Europe's biggest retailers and are worn by celebrities, dignitaries and royalty around the world.

Icelandic born Marta Jonsson began her unbreakable affair with beautiful footwear at a very young age. Her love for shoes developed on the shop floor of a footwear boutique in Iceland; she moved to London 18 years ago to follow her shoe dream and felt inspired to start designing her own shoe collection; she says “Passion is all it takes.”

Designer Marta Jonsson Marta learned how to draw shoes from a friend in the business, and her ambition and interest means that she's now a design star. She's one of the few independent footwear designers in the world with a high street presence, and her own label. Marta's designs have something for everybody and are constantly growing in style and quality.

Marta says: "It’s quite special to see someone walking down the street next to you or sat beside you on the train wearing my designs."

This is what drives her to remain true to her original philosophy; of giving women stylish yet comfortable shoes for both glamorous and everyday occasions.

Tune in today at 5pm and 10pm to see more of Marta Jonsson's collection.

I saw your shoe collection on Saturday on QVC – thought they were wonderful and hope to purchase something before long. I am a 6.50 shoe size but have to buy a 7 these days. Thats OK if the shoes are supported with a strap with a fastening going across the foot at a stategic point, or a boot, but slips-on slip off very easily and I have to fill the spaces with heel grips etc. Also getting older my feet have widened and I feel more comfortable in a wider width shoe. My shoes have always needed an extra half size – no matter what size. It would be lovely if you could give these two moans some consideration.
