New designer Rhonda Shear on her bra TSV

Rhonda Shear We have a brand new lingerie range launching on QVC today – Rhonda Shear Intimates. To kick off the premiere we also have an amazing Today's Special Value offer of a set of three Ahh Bras from the range. Here's designer Rhonda to tell you more…

Tell us about the TSV seamless Ahh Bra

I love this bra – I wanted something comfortable for me, and I knew that women around the world were looking for that 'Ahh moment' too! It has no hooks and eyes, no underwire and you can pull it over or step into it!

Model wearing the Ahh BraIt comes in a stretchy seamless fabric and is really lightweight, with a tag free design to comfortably fit your unique shape and give full, smoothing coverage. The 'Ahh Bra' won't shrink or lose its colour after washes either and can even be doubled up for added support!

This really is the perfect wear-anywhere leisure bra for day or night, and is ideal for women of all ages.

Tell us a little bit about yourself

A New Orleans native, I spent years as a beauty queen, attended Loyola University, and even ran for office before heading to Hollywood to live my dream as an actress and comic. I spent a few years as the naughty late night host of USA network's 'USA: Up All Night' show!

After years in Hollywood and touring with my comedy show, I reunited with and soon married my childhood sweetheart, Van Fagan, and together we built a successful intimate apparel business – Rhonda Shear Intimates.

We now sell in boutiques and web-retail sites worldwide and have sold over 10 million of my wildly popular 'Ahh Bras' all over the world! My line continues to grow and innovate with the latest styles, fabrics, and colours for a wide assortment in each collection.

How did you get started designing lingerie?

Growing up I was always competing in pageants and while on 'USA: Up All Night' I continued to develop a passion for costuming and learning all the 'red carpet' secrets celebrity wardrobers use to make Hollywood look amazing.

After getting married, I started to design shapewear and lingerie. I had been stuffed into costumes and lingerie my whole career, so I decided to create some new options for women that were supportive, comfortable and feminine – but still affordable.

I take what I hear from real women, about what they need or want in intimate apparel and I work with my team to make them come to life! If I don't love it – we don't make it! I take pride in the quality and innovation of each of my products and with the help of my team and business sense of my loving husband I have been able to grow a successful business, and I couldn't be happier!

Tell us a little more about your modelling days

I loved my life in Hollywood and would not change a thing about my time modelling and acting there. I was discovered on a Bob Hope Special when I did a high kick and my shoe landed on the table in front of the judges. That's just how I am; there is so much competition in Hollywood you really have to make an impression. I have had several celebrities fall in love with Rhonda Shear Intimates, it's truly a brand for all women!

Oh No! What happened to the XS size?!! On the Ahh Bra web site there is an exta small size 32-33inh,have seen the products advertised on the US channels and sadly only the bra’s are available to the UK so was really pleased when the range came to QVC only to be disappointed, would have bought most of the poducts if QVC had the whole size range:-( Us size 8 girls like to be comfy too!

I purchased the ahh bra from the television addvert.
I am a 40DD I found no support what so ever and sent them back.
Lovely idea if they had worked maybe O.K. if your small busted
but not for the larger bust, which is sad because it’s us ladies
who are well endowed who need the comfort and support.
