Pampering treats for a neglected skincare routine…

3

AD Skin Synergy Nourishing Night Treatment Q: My Mum is 80 years old and has recently been very suddenly widowed. The shock has taken its toll on her face and she has also understandably neglected her skincare regime. Her skin looks sallow, droopy and heavily lined. Would any products help her? I would love to treat her.

Alison: I'm so sorry to hear about your Mum and hopefully I can help her with her skin dilemmas. It's important not to overload her skin with complicated products after she's suffered from shock. Skincare that's a treat, enjoyable and easy to use is what she needs.

I thoroughly recommend AD Skin Synergy Nourishing Night Treatment as it has such a lovely fragrance and is an enjoyable product to use. She can keep it on her bedside cabinet and use it day and night, when bathing and even up to several times a day if she wants to. Essential oils have calming and soothing properties and often come in luxurious fragrances.

Elemis Frangipani Shower Cream is also especially pampering, as well as rich L'Occitane Hand Wash with a matching Hand Cream in her favourite floral scent. These are all products that smell great and will really work well on her skin. They should hopefully inspire her to use them, to take care of her skin and to make her feel loved at all times.

I am 64 years of age and have followed you for 16yrs on QVC and may I thank you for all your help and advise. I think I have graduated through all of the decleor range and at present using Cleanser, Toner Iris oil and Iris Balm at night and Triple Action LIGHT creme in day (as I have a problem some days creams creep into my eyes by afternoon) and also Prolagne some days I dont have any lines and everyone says I have lovely skin But I have noticed orange peel effect on cheek area appearing now is there any thing else I could try
