My favourite winter style picks

0

The catwalk has recently been awash with a stampede of chains, metallics, biker boots, and my favourite winter warmer, the shearling jacket. Here at QVC UK we take inspiration from the hottest trends and make it our mission to find flattering, wearable styles we think you’ll love! Personally I love the idea of looking like I’ve just stepped out of a page of a glossy magazine, but it just isn’t realistic for my pocket, body shape or everyday needs. Ultimately, I want my wardrobe to make me look and feel good, and I believe this is doable with just a few key winter pieces.

Here are some of my top fashion-forward picks for the Q woman about town. I’ve separated them into two price points for those days when you don’t mind going ‘all out’, or when it’s time to be a ‘value shopper’.

Biker Boots

All out:

Bronx Leather Ankle Boot

With their pleated detailing, studs and wearable heel, these fabulous leather boots have the power to elevate any outfit, from jeans and leggings to a killer metallic skirt. Their versatile design is not only stylish, but super comfortable and tends to fly off the selves! Trust me, you will live in these this winter, whether you’re dropping the kids off on the school run to the office, or heading on a festive night out.

Quick – get them whilst you can. This is truly the little ankle boot with the big personality.

Value Shopper:

Reiker Little Black Boot

Super cool with snakeskin-style detailing, these classic ankle boots come in at around half the price of the Bronx boots above. A key footwear piece to strut through winter in, their side zip fastening allows for easy access and makes a stylish statement feature. These comfortable boots also come in half sizes (if you move fast!).

Sherling-Style Jackets

All Out:

Label Lab Faux Shearling

Instantly update your wardrobe with this cool brand! With its slightly oversized fit, this jacket looks as good as it feels and makes an effortlessly stylish statement with faux-shearling collar, hemline and cuffs. These aviator-style pieces are a strong trend at the moment and are set to continue to make waves throughout winter.

Value Shopper:

Centigrade Faux Sherling to Sherpa Jacket

Super cool and ageless with an aviator feel, this Centigrade jacket will transform your outerwear wardrobe in an instant. Unique yet understated, you can style this chic piece in a number of different ways, or use yours as a layering piece to suit your signature look. Whether you dress yours up or down, this fabulous jacket will keep you warm and toasty.

Scarves

All Out:

Pia Rossini Gigi Scarf

I love Pia Rossini for their high end-looking pieces and affordable prices. This scarf emanates true 1940’s glamour, perfect for mixing up your look and adding a luxe-feel to your old winter jacket. Smart yet vintage with a luxury feel, you can wear this fabulous faux-fur scarf in a variety of ways, whether you’re looking for high-end drama or stripped-back glamour. Faux-fur is very high-fashion and these stunning colours will beautifully enhance any outfit.

Lola Rose Infinity Scarf

Value Shopper:

From jewellery-powerhouse Lola Rose, this gorgeous scarf is set to be a Today’s Special Value on Friday 27th October in a choice of six fabulous prints! A simple little throw-on to brighten up any outfit throughout the winter, this design is lightweight enough to work as a spring piece. Launching Midnight this Thursday on QVC UK, the Infinity Scarf is sure to sell out fast.

And finally, my Style Savvy Selection this week is:

Pia Rossini Chloe Hat

Whilst we’re talking accessories, not only is this hat named after me, but it’s an easy little win for the winter. It looks great, feels warm and cosy and is super affordable! An absolute must-have for winter, there are five beautiful colours to choose from.

Happy shopping!

Big love ’til next time

Chloe xx
