I had forgotten just how amazingly good lemon EasiYo is until today! It was made fresh last night and I put it in the fridge to chill for the day and just thought I fancied a tiny little bowl as a snack – well, that was the plan. This stuff is so unbelievably scrummy I have just eaten half a jar all to myself!

I think maybe it was a false economy to serve it in a tiny dish (like a ramekin) as it seemed such a small amount. One more teeny desert bowl more wouldn't hurt, would it? Well, several later I am sat here feeling quite naughty and indulgent but at least it's all good for me.

Come on, own up, what food can you just not get enough of and have you ever eaten a half a litre of EasiYo in one sitting like me?

    Hi Martin,
Mmmmmm…chocolate!! What a wonderful invention. Now I want some! I tried some Green & Blacks Cherry chocolate yesterday as someone had a bar of it at work. It’s gorgeous!
I just love all food, the good for you stuff and the not so good for you stuff. I just have to remember to eat slowly so I don’t scoff too much!
Good luck with holding back a bit on the choc!

    Hi catherine
The first flavour of easiyo i ever made was cherry and once it was chilled i though it would have one spoonful to taste, i ended up eating half the jar too, much to my hubby’s annoyance, he he! But it’s healthy.
i love chocolate and crisps but am on a health kick just now so they are rationed to a little treat now and again, it’s killing me but i have to loose weight.

    Hiya Catherine
Just to say I love Lemon Easi-Yo too, that and the Mango flavour are my two favourites. I find Easi-Yo great as I suffer from an eating disorder, and it really helps me to get the extra nutrients and calcium I need because I can’t always eat properly or enough. I find that if I can’t really face much food, a few spoonfuls of Easi-Yo are easy to eat, and give me some extra calories, and it tastes so nice.
I always look forward to seeing you on QVC Catherine, you’re such a sunny and lovely person and a pleasure to watch – keep up the good work, you’re great.
    Lots of love from Kitty

Great to hear from all of you! My vice in life is my love of food, I must admit.
I have just been asked by QVC if I may be interested in trialling some food coming up in July or this space! It’s just the kind of thing I was looking for..amazing how things come along when you want them to. Cosmic ordering some might say.
Kitty, I’m so glad you are trying your best to get nutrients in. As a dancer I had issues with food and came across so many people with very serious eating disorders when I was in my early teens. I wish you continued success in your recovery. Thanks for your honesty & openness, too.
Today I think I shall make some drinking yogurt for the morning. Yummylicious!!
I could go on forever about the foods I love but I want to hear more of your foody faves so keep them coming!
    Love Catherine x
