I’m going to be back on QVC next week with more designs for Diamonique, and I can’t wait to show you what we’ve got this time. Although I must confess two hours of live TV in a single day is a little nerve-wracking… there’s nowhere to hide once you’re in front of the camera, but luckily Craig and Debbie made things as easy as possible when I visited last time!
The Diamonique range was a year in the making so it’s really thrilling to know that people love the pieces. I create all of my own jewellery, and where we’ve been able to, we’ve created exact replicas of my natural diamond jewellery. The tennis bracelet we made is a perfect carbon copy, and for the next show we’re bringing along a tennis necklace; it’s unbelievable!
The mixed-cut ring (above) has gone down particularly well, with 8 of the 9 reviews so far earning five stars, so you might be pleased to hear I’m bringing along a matching bangle. Everyone is commenting on how sparkly the ring is, and I’m putting that down to the mix of stones. That irregularity of the pattern means you get light bouncing off it in hundreds of directions at once, which is what makes it glisten so much.
I’ve spent hours working with the designers, and in the process I’ve learned so much about the jewellery industry – I hope you enjoy the new pieces when we’re back at noon on Sunday 20th, just in time for the last Christmas deliveries.
See you soon!
