How are you? Really hope you are well and had a good couple of weeks?
Mine's been good, I've been loving the weather. This last weekend my friend Emma did a BBQ – she is so good at preparing scrummy food – here is a photo of us about to dive in!!
All is good at QVC and thank you so much for watching and supporting me as you always do, I can't believe its been 6 and a half years and you still welcome me into your living room, I never take that privilege for granted.

Bit of a skincare theme to my blog this week: firstly did you know that Liz Earle has brought out another limited edition of the iconic Cleanse & Polish? This time it's an Orange Flower & Chamomile and it's wonderful!
Us presenters recently had a training session with the Liz Earle team and got to hear all about the ingredients in the limited edition – the usual beeswax and shea butter, along with orange flower and camomile, resulting in a moisturising, balancing, brightening and soothing formula. I have ordered a couple to stock up and I think a reviewer online summed it perfectly when they described it as "summer in a bottle!!"

Finally, last Friday marked 12 weeks until I return back to Ibiza for a week's holiday of chilling and partying. I have definitely got my exercise and fitness back on track but do need to improve on my diet and nutrition. So as 12 weeks is a good chunk of time, I am experimenting to see what results I can achieve between now and then.
I have made a promise to myself to exercise at least 5 times every week (running, circuits, yoga, Pilates) and walk wherever possible instead of driving – my Garmin Vivofit is really helping with this.
From a nutrition point of view, I am going to try different things each week to keep it interesting. This last week the change I have made is to cut out my regular afternoon sugary snack that often turns into a major munching session, and this along with the increase in exercise has helped. This coming week I will re-introduce miso into my diet and seriously limit sugar.
