Learn Windows 10 DVD – 25th September

Windows 10 DVDYou’ll have heard many of us tech guests talking about Windows 10 over the past few months and at the end of July it arrived to rave reviews. Whether you’re upgrading your existing PC or have purchased a new one with Windows 10 pre-installed, this is an invaluable companion that will guide you through the new operating system and turn you into a true expert.

Play it on your computer (if you have an optical drive) or in your DVD player and see why it keeps selling out each time we bring it to air. It’s like having me in your living room guiding you through the new operating system (OS) but without the endless request for cups of tea and custard creams!!

That’s all for now. I’ll be putting together this blog on a monthly basis so keep your eyes peeled for more news around mid-October. If that’s too long for you to wait, you can hear about all the latest updates by following me at @leeqvc on Twitter or heading over to my Facebook page.

Thanks for reading and see you again in a few weeks with more tech updates from QVC x

    Hi Lee

Some time ago I purchased the Clickfree-Plus. At the time I was using a pc. I now have a Mac with El Capitan. I tried to use the Clickfree to download my photos, but it seems Mac won’t do it automatically. I tried downloading the driver Clickfree said is necessary, but again Mac didn’t install it. Can you suggest what I should do, please? Thanks.

Hi Lee, I bought this product caused problems for me-had to recover Laptop procedure, I do have Panda Antivirus report my problem to SurfEasy, they replied, I thought you should read their reply to me…….by the way your Hair style reminds me of a Cockerel in the farm yard. Having said that I hope you wont take offence by this for it make me smile every time I see it on you.

SurEasy- issues with Panda blocking SurfEasy. Some users have been able to use SurfEasy after disabling Panda but others users have had to remove the program completely from their device. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused. Kind regards, SurfEasy Support Team
